I recently had my 6 month cleaning with Christian who is an absolute pleasure! What a treat to go have your teeth cleaned and have some good laughs at the same time! Dr. Ferrer noticed some trouble spots that she and her assistant Leeanne took care of for me in my most recent appointment. Those two are magicians! 3 fillings with no pain, and a genuinely enjoyable experience. My teeth look great. Right from the front desk to the back of the office, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional.

Windsor Park Dental was an absolute pleasure. Great friendly staff, very personable & genuinely caring. You could instantly tell the office culture was nothing but positive. Also, Dr. Elena Ferrer is such an expert in the field. It's good to know I'm in trusted hands.

I was very anxious as it was my first time ever being at a dentist. The staff were super friendly. Christen was amazing at keeping me calm and laughing. He walked me step by step through the process, answered every question I had and not once did he make me feel bad for either having to take a quick break or answer a question. For it being my first ever time at a dentist I am very happy with my experience and also I feel way better to go back for my next visit.

I had two noticeable chips in my front top teeth that always made me feel embarrassed by my smile.Yesterday, my life changed for the better when Leanne and Amy completely reinvented my smile.They took such care to make sure that I had the right colour match, to make sure I was comfortable, and made ultra sure that everything lined up right and looked absolutely perfect!They were both so genuine and kind, I cannot recommend this dental office enough. Honestly, the entire team is so great from the moment you walk into the office!If you have reservations about dental work, this is the place to go. They will take care of you and make you feel comfortable every step of the way.

Initially I loved this office and recommended it to everyone. After months of trying I finally convinced my partner to go back to the dentist so we booked an appointment. There was a small benefits error on her payment. Instead of trying to be discreet about the situation and let her know, the receptionist berated her in front of an entire waiting room full of patients. She went so far to even accuse my partner of having no intention of paying for the work completed insisting she was hopping dentist to dentist. After many attempts to speak with the owner of the office, Dr. Goldberg, he still refused to speak with us over the altercation. He made no attempt to correct the blatant public display of racism. When Dr. Goldberg did finally reach out he sent an email claiming it was an “unfortunate incident”, and followed it up with the clinic’s strict “zero tolerance policy of any abusive behaviour towards his staff” and that they have problem sending our record elsewhere. The lack of care for patients in that office is insane and extremely evident. I would not recommend..

Came in for scaling cleaning. My Hygienist has a great passion for his work and a very engaging person who really knows how to effectively inspire to keep improving your home teeth care. Top marks.

Started off good but turned bad. Both me and my husband had gone for major dental work. My husband was having all his teeth pulled and getting dentures. Zach said he could do it no problem. After extracting all his teeth his jaw bones were so badly damaged he couldnt get his dentures and now needs surgery and on top of it all he forgot a tooth under the gum. When we complained all he said was he was trying to save us money. Then I went to see Zach as well to have my tops extracted and get dentures, unlike my husband I got my dentures but they are way to big for my mouth and when I told him they were so loose he said to just put some poligrip on there and they will be fine. I took them to another denturist and he said they were way to big for my mouth and didnt even fit my face properly nor were they centered. I still owe $600which I have been making payments for even though I cant even wear them and I guess I am taking to long so they are now threatening a collection agency. This place is about the money not the help.

I really appreciated how the dentist and dental assistant helped me feel at ease. They explained the process thoroughly and discussed options. They routinely checked in throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. Gone are the days of being uncomfortable and anxious at the dentist. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly. Dare I say I’m looking forward to further visits! If you’re looking for a great dentist, and friendly supportive staff, this is the place for you.
