The entire Tough Roofing team saved us from major headache due to our roof. After our general contractor botched our house addition's roof, they repaired everything at a low fee. They're a trustworthy, competent roofing firm I'd definitely suggest to anyone. I also wanted to share that be very careful when choosing a contractor, I hope no one would experience a horrible service from firms that only wanted your money and not give a good service.

My family and I were helped by Tough Roofing crew. After our general contractor made a huge mistake on our house addition's roof, this team corrected everything at a low fee. I would suggest them to anybody seeking for a reliable, competent roofing business. It was a long story but our contractor charged us too much unlike Tough Roofing so we opt to hire them instead. No regrets.

My friend desperately needed a second roof inspection, so I contacted Tough Roofing. Their staff instantly replied and scheduled a meeting! He was kind and professional! The estimate arrived that evening. My friend was so relieved and he thanked me for recommending this great company. I had an experience with them before and they did amazing with our old house's roof.

This roofing business is the greatest I've ever dealt with. My mom's home is at Chilliwack. This firm is courteous, timely, very affordable, and clean. My mom doesn't know how to handle such transactions because of her old age but this firm was so kind to properly communicate with me throughout the process. Amazing roofing service! My mom's old roof is now gone.

The staff were helpful, responsive, thorough, and professional throughout the whole roof replacement process, from quote to walkthrough. The roofers did a last visit to make sure I was happy with the results. In conclusion, Tough Roofing is a terrific roofing contractor! There was very little misunderstandings along the way but they managed it well.

Tough Roofing in Chilliwack was excellent! We planned to replace our roof because it looks ancient. They send the bid swiftly and carefully answered our concerns. The team made sure we got the right custom roof window and had a plan to protect our and our neighbour's property during the process. The team communicated well and used high-quality products only!
