Kuby was amazing to deal with for the entire install process! From start to finish they were super responsive to questions, very patient with people learning how to navigate the greener homes grant process, and were just lovely people overall. I did have some issues with timeline delays that were outside of Kuby's control, as well as a minor issue post install. Both instances though they were quit to communicate back, and the second time they sent a tech out to fix it the very next day. I very highly recommend the Kuby team!
