From the help of Jordan we were able to get my mom all set up for her makeup. He was helpful, Kind, a lot of fun and made our experience so much better. He listened to what she wanted in her makeup and we had fun doing it. 10/10 service. I always love coming to Mac for the exceptional service. Will be coming back

I cannot say how great this location is.I am doing my own wedding makeup and they have been so great helping me find what I need, and teaching me how to use it.I have been to multiple other locations closer to where I live in Toronto but I come back to this one because the people who work here are best.

I would have given MAC a 5star, except they had very limited stock of what I was looking for that day.It was a free standing store, not inside a HBC. That is why I thought they'd have more of their featured items. Apparently the only stores that received YEAR OF THE TIGER collection including brushes

OMG Victoria was AMAZING- helped me find a bunch of options for Mothers Day! Although a few shades were out of stock, she helped me find other options similar to what I wanted.
