Answers any number of questions you may have (Post and Pre inspection). Tom Clearly explained what he was going to do and then walked us through what he did, paused and waited to see if we had questions. If you are looking for a home inspector. This is your guy. Tom is an extremely knowledgeable and professional inspector. I am a first time home buyer and he walked me through every detail of the inspection process and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. He also took the time to point out potential issues that could come up a few years after owning the house and what steps I could take to mitigate or deal with them. He also provided general guidance and advice around maintaining the home we were inspecting which will be very useful as time passes.I had brought a couple people with me that have experience with home inspections and they were both very impressed with Tom and noted that he was the best home inspector they had dealt with, I was very impressed with how effectively he explained everything and would recommend Tom to everyone!
