After having 3 kids attend 4Cats over the years, had held them in a positive regard, however they recently asked that our child on the spectrum to no longer attend in an unprofessional way.Very disappointing.

I had a great experience making a big hot chocolate mug at the Barrie location. The staff were awesome and they gave us plenty of time to finish our mugs.However, I'm pretty disappointed in the pickup process. They only give you times on the weekends and I am a shift worker. I understand why they schedule times for pickup, I'm assuming it's for safety of children there and so they can focus on the class that they are working with.They throw out the art works if they aren't picked up for 2 weeks after they are done drying, and this weekend is my last chance but I won't be able to make it so now I'm scrambling to find someone to pick it up.Other than the pickup process I had a lot of fun and it was really well priced for the experience. Even though I'm definitely NOT a kid I still managed to have a great time!

I am very disappointed as this studio is now closed and not even listed on the 4Cats website as an official location, yet they still have client's money that they are not issuing refunds for. My child's class was cancelled by the studio in 2020 due to COVID and I have no interest in having them go back, however, no refunds have been offered, they just keep saying for months now that they are looking for a new location but there is nothing firmed up and ZERO communication with families. Families need that money which in some cases amounts to hundreds of dollars now more than ever. The decent thing to do would be to contact the families and let them know the situation, but no updates not even on their Facebook page. I found out they were closed through another mom. They just keep referring people to contact the head office. No phones are ever answered, no emails answered, only sporadic DMs on social media. I am about to escalate this to the BBB or my lawyer.

First and foremost, if you book classes and cannot attend because of a “PANDEMIC”, they will not reimburse you, return your calls or emails.I have not set foot in this place and yet I can say I have had the worst customer service of any business in Barrie. 4 Cats you should be ashamed and need some serious improvement with dealing with customer concerns. I paid for evening classes for my 6 year old daughter to attend starting in April, 2020 which she could not because of the pandemic obviously. When I requested our funds back as our daughter had no interest in online classes nor did I want to purchase over $200 in “craft supplies” for at home, I was refused and then dismissed without any further contact despite me trying to continue to contact them via email, phone and through the Better Business Bureau. So they still have my $, have provided me with no classes for my child and have caused a whole lot of aggravation during an already stressful time.Super cool 4 Cats Staff! Talk with you soon.

I was hired for my dream job, then fired with no explanation other than your working too hard. They dont give the kids enough time to complete their projects, so the studio is legit filled with half done works no one is coming back for. Find another studio, this one needs new management... oh wait they dont have an assigned manager to that location!
