When I walked in, there was someone there, Selling credit cards he completely ignored me. only once I had expensive items in my hand walking towards the cash did he approach me trying to offer me the credit card. Not impressedThey did however have the product I was looking for , but I took 10 min until I could find the guy with the key to help

The best clean and huge store. I have found everything that I couldn't find in other stores. I have enjoyed my shopping.

Brought my car in to get a wheel alignment to canadiantire Kirkland Quebec after all the front end parts were inspected or changed for car to be serviced. They did what is termed free inspection and came back with car is not safe to drive. Why? Said the control arm was bad and the right side wheel bearing needed replacement. When refused to have work done, they refused to return the car keys. The quote for the work was approximately $900 plus taxes. Reluctantly agreed to a reduced price. Requesting the old parts to have them inspected, they returned the two control arms. One had been cut due to seizure of the bolt. The bearing was not produced. Having the front wheel inspected, one can see that the assembly was never removed and the only thing that was changed was the cotter pin locking the castle nut. They charged me for work that did not need to be done and for work that was quoted but never done. The only thing the car needed was a toe in setting and i am not sure that was done. Filed a complaint with corporate but seems i was ignored. Please get second inspection. Pictures are worth a thousand words.

The cashier were clueless .... she refused to check the availability of the item and she made me pay for something is not available by saying You pay then when you pick it up

Kirkland location is great! Staff is super helpful anytime yesterday I called the car service and I asked them to support me with changing the winter Tyres and I have no appointments so they asked me to get the car to the shop and they will do it in between the appointment. special thanks to the team in car service and Mr. Jonathan Roy who give me the best service and support to change the tyres thanks again to all

Yesterday the 21st of March 2023 I went to Canadian Tire in Kirkland to buy a Led pot light. As I was there looking at my options I found one that met my needs but there was many boxes that were opened, torn and bent up. So I chose the one that was in the best condition and opened it to make sure all the parts were in there before I bought it. Note that I didn’t brake or cut any seals on the box when I opened it. So as I was inspecting that all the parts were inside without removing anything from the box, this employee named Riccardo stood at the end of the isle and started talking in an agressive and insinuating tone like I’m stealing or something. So I asked him if everything is ok and he started coming at me and pretty much got in my face and telling me I’m not supposed open the boxes and on and on. I explained to him that I was inspecting that all the parts were there and he just kept being rude and aggressive. So I put the box back and said that because of his attitude I will take my business elsewhere and no matter what I will not do business with Canadian tire anymore because of that guy and his attitude. There’s way too much competition out there to be dealing with stuff like that. Because of people like that is why Amazon is so successful! Good buy Canadian Tire Kirkland!!

I love shopping at Canadian tire. I've been shopping at Canadian tire for 20years + because they have variety at great prices. The only complaint i have is about the gentleman who owns the store. I tried returning an item with a receipt and I was truthful and within guidelines for the return. The employees were great but the owner wouldn't listen to logic. Eventually a lady came and agreed with what i said and the item was returned.

I go to Canadian Tire whenever I need something small. I would recommend not buying anything that will be a big ticket purchase.Me as well as others have found it difficult returning things to Canadian Tire. It gets worse that they do not price match which makes Canadian Tire less competitive when they claim to be competitive.

I enjoy purchasing from Canadian Tire. I've been purchasing from Canadian Tire for at least 20 years due of the variety and affordable costs. I have only negative things to say about the store's proprietor. I tried truthfully and within the parameters of the return policy when I tried returning an item with a receipt. The staff was excellent, however the owner would not consider reason. Eventually, a woman showed up, agreed with what I had to say, and the item was given back.

Hi I’m almost blind so my husband and I add Togo buy something because I don’t have the privilege to go alone so when we get at the catch the lady asked to see my back pack if it was a purse she could not look inside but a back pack yes well my back pack is a purse and it looks like a purse so ifa woman go’s to this store and as a big purse and she can put things in her purse it’s ok but my who as a little back pack and I’m almost blind if a try to still for sure can’t run because I have a white cane and you guys have cameras so you make people who work for you know about what’s a white cane and guide dogs we are in 2023 the white cane been in the world more then 100 yrs and internet can get people informe thanks have a good day
