I ordered veggie fries on Monday and the fries were so awesome. Customer service by Nav is excellent. I really recommend her. She’s a gem for the store. She definitely deserves a raise.

Have ordered at this location a few times before. The previous times were fine. Today while making my donair, the lady making the donair….after finishing making it put the donair on the scale, weighed it and took about half the meat off! Didn’t realize we were at the Save On Foods deli counter. It tasted like a vegetable donair, I had to hunt for the meat. We ordered a couple of salads too, very little meat and one had almost no vegetables (??) I for one am tired of take out places cutting their serving sizes and quality of their food. We just moved here and this wasn’t happening where we used to live, it’s a very Kelowna thing. PS will not go back! PPS see the picture, that salad was $12. They should use a smaller box.

I just had my veg fries from this place today. And i can surely say that it was the best fries i have ever had. I even love the way she made my fries:) with love and patience . Such a worthy and yummy experience.

The staff and the owners are always so pleasant to deal with, and the produce always looks and tastes fresh. Donairs are excellent for the price point, and filling. I have never been disappointed after visiting here, and look forward to my next visit.

Really good service. May 28th we had 19:30am snack and the Donair and poutine was awesome. Really yummy sauces . It felt like a valued client

Other Sub city's use a dark spice recipe for fries (legendary). This location is not the same recipe. Like the owner needed to penny pinch just a little bit more. You ruined this location.

Absolutely adore this place; the food is always fresh, great falafel, the seasoned fries are the best… but the staff is what keeps me coming back! The young lady that works during the week is always so inviting, sweet and always asks me how my day is going. I’ve seen her super hard and efficient when the students bombard the place. She is a true gem, and is deserving of all the tips!

We ordered from skip the dishes and I would like to suggest putting chicken stripes and fries on ur menus idk why ur whole menu isn't up on skip the dishes very disappointed and our donaires were cold af

Was craving for falafel so ending up getting jumbo falafel wrap. It was ok not great, was coming apart. Very difficult to hold and eat, was a messy affair plus it wasn't as filling as it should. I feel the falafel in it was less rather very small in size. 5 falafels in jumbo would be equivalent to 2 normal sized falafels from a middle eastern restaurant. They make pretty thin so not satisfying.

Absolute trash , ordered a donair sub , the meat was cold , the bun was pieced together and dry, putting it on a hot press did nothing ,didn't even melt the cheese, was a mess to eat and tossed the second half away . Sad
