RUN! Not to be trusted. Tried to pass off a floor model as new - did not offer a discount and refused to replace with a new. I shared my experience with a friend only to discover they had tried to do the very same thing with him which suggests that it is probably a routine practice. My experience is with the Gander store only - though customer service in Grand Falls also provided no assistance whatsoever.
