Really cool marina with great views of the city. We stayed on a float boat there and the location was awesome since the Quay, Seabus, and good restaurants were walking distance. However, the docks could really use some maintenance

Walking by this tiny flotilla of boathouses is like a little journey into life lived in community fully embracing the form and flow of water. Very charming collection of boathouses.

Very nice location. We went sailing for a week and left our vehicle parked here, no issues. It is close to the SeaBus terminal, and market. The only downside was there were no public washrooms on site; you require a boat slip owner to provide access.
