My first EVER facial and it was glorious!! Sophie was wonderful and took the time to evaluate my skin and offered recommendations. Very comfortable environment, I felt no judgement on my current skincare routine and found her to be honest and trustworthy. My skin is glowing, feels incredible and look forward to my next appointment with Sophie. Overall it was a 10/10 experience. Thank you Skoah!

My facial with Yas was amazing! I noticed a distinct difference in my skin from seeing her… I thought I had terrible texture and fine lines but turns out I was just using the wrong products.

I had never been to Skoah before, but booked because of a friends recommendation. I was not disappointed! The technician was amazing! I went for the refresh and glow facial with dermaplaning. She talked me through the process and it was wonderful. Will definitely do it again!

This was my first time at Skoah. I did the glow facial (chose the High Frequency Facial option - this was a new stingy sensation to me). With this said I am feeling gratefully content! My skin is feeling nice and I am thankful to Yasmine/Yasmin for her helpful answers to my questions (i.e. more hydration and T-zone exfoliation 3 times a week for my skin type). I particularly liked the neck, face and back massage. I also appreciated the front desk with the administrative work. I will be back for the super glow! Salamat!

Such a great experience! My teenager and I had our facials together in the same room. I swear I left there looking as young as them. The quality of the service was amazing and my esthetician could not have been better! (I highly recommend the gold serum!) I'm picky about my products and it's the real deal. Thanks Skoah Yaletown!

Went here last weekend for my first ever facial and it was fantastic. One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. They were great!

Great welcome from the front desk staff. Clean, calming and comfortable reception area. Excellent introduction from the staff member who took me into the treatment room on what to expect. Treatment room was clean and cozy, nice warm blanket and warmer underneath. Facial was great with lovely scented products and knowledgeable staff member telling me what was happening at each step (after she gave me the option of having a quiet facial or chatting). The leg and foot, arm and hand, shoulder, neck and scalp massages were great and the staff member checked in regarding pressure and the type of cream used. Felt very taken care of and that my comfort was put first every step of the way. All in all, an excellent experience and I will be back!

Had facials booked for myself and a friend during a weekend trip in Vancouver. We showed up on time, and the store hadn’t opened yet due to their keyholder being late and unreachable. Waited around for half an hour and no update. We left with promise of being contacted. The manager offered us the option to rebook at a later date, but as we were only in town for the weekend we had no time. Totally bummed, we had been looking forward to it. No resolution at all!

I tried the facialiscious facial (75mins). The massage was okay. The facial, I guess it was too gentle. 95% of the session, the attendant just applied various products in my face. Extraction (whiteheads) only lasted about a minute or two (or 3). Well, i have pretty clear skin, but 2mins definitely aint enough. I still spent time popping them when i got home. The basic facial u would normally see isn’t done. It’s just mostly applying products - which i could have done easily by myself. Lol. Definitely not worth $150+. I shouldve just spent the money buying skin care stuff.

After the warm reception at the front desk I sat waiting to be taken in, and while I was waiting, a lady had just finished with her appointment and she looked like she had just returned from planet Zen. She seemed so relaxed and grounded that I felt excited for her, and since it was my first time at this spa, it was a little reassuring.The space itself is exactly how it looks on their website. It's clean, serene and the staff are friendly and professional.I did my Power facial with Jessica and she was wonderful.What stood out for me was that the facial was completely catered to you personally and I don't just mean technical skin stuff, I mean in terms of experience. They make sure that your stay is 100% to your taste and liking. This is evident in several things that you'll see if you choose to go. I loved the fact that she asked me, before she even started, if I'd like to know about the products she was using on me, or if I'd prefer to have quiet time.....and I chose quiet time. The message chair was super comfortable, the music was at the perfect volume and the temperature was neutral with the option of having your heating pad on the bed turned on or off.....depending on your mood.First time guests receive $10 off their first treatment and $20 off their products which I appreciated. I mean there's not much else to say really...it was a great facial with great staff located in stunning Yaletown right by El Guapo......Margarita anyone after a facial? :)Thoroughly enjoyed my ME-TIME and walked home glowing with a big grin on my face just having returned from planet Zen.
