I am giving this shop 5 stars, however if I could rate my own behavior, I would give myself 1 star. I called the shop, they got me in that day. We went thru the issues at the desk I did mention several issues and two noises.. my main concern was the extremely loud exhaust noise, I had brought all paper work from other shops with me to show them. I just want the vehicle I recently bought to be reliable without dumping thousands more into it. I know that i was confusing, which you would never guess by the employees there. They were calm, respectful, supportive, understanding. The way he worded his questions helped me to explain much easier the issues. The work we agreed on(diagnos loud noise, fix right bearing), was done in a quick time. When I picked up, they referred me to another specialty shop for the exhaust noise.. which they did not charge me to diagnose. When I left tho, the other noise I complained about (which i believed was from right bearing as previous shop told me) was still there. I have been ripped off and given the run around by about every mechanic ever, and Harry's got the brunt of that. I called and they immediately took me for a test drive, and diagnosed at no charge. The work we agreed on didn't fix the noise.. but I do understand why, and that's because they took the extra time at no cost to explain. I don't like the diagnosis... as it is new break pads, rotors, (when I had just been told by another shop they were good), and a left bearing (the work I got done was a replacement of the right). Not once did they loose their temper, be rude, or argue with me. I was very upset. Crying, the ugly messy kind, the whole bit. Oh, and the original price that was quoted... it ended up being like 200 bucks less. Awesome shop, amazing atmosphere, especially for how they treated me as woman. I didn't like the outcome, but that isn't on them!!

Harry's Auto excellent service. Had my Pathfinder in and determined I didn't need installation if a transmission cooler as I already had one. Honest advice, no charge. Thanks!

We had an awesome experience with Harry's Auto Service. We were in from out of town, and a gasket in my thermostat housing blew. We called at 7:30 AM, they had us in by 7:45. Gerome called at 8:20 letting us know what was wrong and the cost to replace it. He also said he'd go ahead and make sure nothing else was leaking. He called at 11:45 and my car was ready to go! The kind, friendly service is enough for me to recommend Harry's to anyone needing a good mechanic!

Great price and value. They do a great job of explaining the issue before confirming any service your vehicle needs. Issues are fixed in a timely manner if it is a smaller fix. Great location for waiting with comfortable furniture and available refreshments and snacks.

Went there for an SGI safety inspection and was pleased with their service.

Positive experience. Professional. Got my truck into the shop with short notice and had it fixed up quickly. I would recommend these guys to anyone based off the work they did for me. I will be returning! Thanks guys!

Had an appointment to troubleshoot a check engine light. Morning of appointment the light disappeared and when I phoned to ask if this was a problem they said nothing could be done. Phoned around to other auto shops and quickly found out what I had expected and that it is not true. Now I can't get the vehicle in anywhere else this week. Will not be recommending.

Was honest with there schedule an got me in right away. I went in for a heat problem that's happened every year since owning. Other fixes took days at other places. Not @ Harry's, I dropped off @ 745am an was already called by 1240pm with a fixed car ready for pick up. I was helped by Gerome who also took some time to print off a few pages of information for me. Over the top service! I will be a returning customer.

The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable! They made my experience smooth, and answered all of my questions.I will continue to go then for car maintenance etc!
