Still waiting for my quote four months later after mom was assessed at Secord trails in Ingersol. Been told I got an email for a quote. Nothing. Not even a call to confirm. Passed on an alternative contact. Still nothing. If you really want my business at least communicate effectively.Update: upon this review Melissa did reach out to me via email and in the response said she bear no responsibility and made it all about her business and blamed Secord trails. Secord Trails does bear the majority of my displeasure but Melissa also did not provide me with a follow up quote, was not empathetic to my moms situation and even suggested I use another company. I found it unprofessional and lacking in any kind of solution as I was told to speak to ST management. You want business you shouldn’t leave it up to your customer to find solutions why your business is not getting customers.Non Solicitation shouldn’t mean you can’t contact the customer if they WANT you to contact them. I will be reaching out to ST in the long run about their lack of paper trail and accountability, but I will be finding an alternative after 4 months of waiting for people to get emails right.Also find it Interesting that I actually got a response via email after my review when I didn’t use my name.

I just want to leave review for Silver Cross, Simcoe. From my first contact with this company anyone I spoke to on the phone was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Chad always called when he said, showed up when he said too. I had a chair rail put in to my basement. Quality is excellent also. So if you require anything they sell I am sure you won't be disappointed. I give them a 10 out of 10..highly recommend.

I want to thank Silver Cross for being compassionate and beyond helpful when we needed a hospital bed and proper equipment for my Grandma. We felt lost and so unsure of our next steps, and Melissa and her team were there to guide and help us every step of the way. My family is very thankful for the continued support given by Silver Cross Simcoe. Thank you again!

Chad and Val are amazing. When I was looking for a stairlift for my Mom I was lost. I had been told so much about Acorn and others, so I contacted both as well as Silvercross. Val and Chad both knocked the others out of the waters. They explained things fully and their personal hands on was amazing. Heck, Chad recommended other company options for chair lift installers if his install time didn't work for us which really made it clear that it wasn't just a job/business but a calling to help people (not to be corny). When you are getting something like a stairlift that will be so vital for your loved ones reassuring to know there are real people that care about your loved ones well being as much as you do and that's what I have found with Val and Chad at this location. Which is why when I required additional mobility equipment they were my first choice and will continue to be in the future.

I called Silver Cross to fix a stair lift that had broken down. Chad came within the hour and in less than 30 minutes had my lift working again. Chad as well as all the member's of Silver Cross I have spoke to are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend Silver Cross highly enough. They are professional and knowledgeable. Any time I have had any issue at all, they have responded quickly and efficiently. I even have gotten a follow up call to make everything is fine. Great company!
