Paella Guys did an amazing catering event for us starting with Natalie who efficiently answered all the numerous questions I had and changes I made at the last minute and then Chef Nico who served us Jamon Iberia, Queso Manchego, Tortilla de Patatas and Pate de Mejillones Escabeche to accompany their home made Sangria. Unfortunately no pictures of those because they all didn't last long :) But here's a couple of their perfectly cooked Paella's ! Now I just have to figure out how to have them back !

We ordered their Paella Mixta package for New Years Eve and absolutely loved it.The package contained:- Iberico Cold cuts- Olives- Almonds- Tortilla de Patatas- Paella Mixta with chicken and seafood- Almond tartsEverything was fresh, delicious and beautifully packaged. Lots of food for 2 people, we saved some of the tortilla for brunch the next day - so good!Pick up was easy and convenient at their downtown partner La Taqueria.

The paella guys were absolutely fantastic! We had them cater a work social for around 70 people and it couldn't have been better. The food was amazing (and plentiful) but the entertainment was arguably even better! The chefs were very social with the crowd and took the time to explain what they were doing to the everyone walking by. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an authentic Spanish catering experience. Looking for an excuse to have them back myself!

Unreal experience! Loved it in all aspects. Starting from the live flamenco band, the unbeatable familiar vibe I felt from the beggining of the night and of course the amazing Spanish cuisine.Best paella I've ever had in ten years living in Canada and even better people running the business.

The Paella Guys team are excellent worker bees, and their kindness is noticed throughout my planning with them. I was able to pull off a surprise birthday party for my loved one with the Paella Guys as my star show. The food was delicious and the live experience with large paella pans in my back yard was just a chef's kiss.The ladies who worked with me were friendly and thoughtful about my event. I couldn't ask for more! If anyone needs food catering for an event big or small, I would highly recommend!

$15 for a tiny tray of rice with 2 small shrimp, cooked separately so packing flavour at Latin festival was disappointing.From what I read the catering is a better option, the pics for other reviews looked goodFlavour of the paella was good tho.
