Vices Versa
This is a DESTINATION restaurant! We would, and will, return to La Malbaie again if only for this restaurant as it exceeded all expectations. Coming from the wine region of northern California and finding this gem was beyond compare... The design of the restaurant sets the tone for an unbelievable experience. Service was gracious, warm, perfectly paced, and very knowledgeable..., and descriptions were spot on regarding the plates and wine pairings. The menu very interesting and the chefs as well. The menu is split in two columns, the left side is HIS take on how to prepare the chosen selection, the right side HERS. It is a couple who own and are in the kitchen for 15 years now. I hope they stay for many more as we will return for many more hopefully... Bravo!

Hi everyone- I will keep this simple. This is an amazing restaurant experience and of course the food is excellent. Very fresh local ingredients and such an amazing area with nice people. Strongly recommended.

Great meal, I really like the tenge way the menu is set. Each plate is paired with the right wine. The quality off the food is fantastic and if you like to picky your own bottle of wine they have a comprehensive list to chose from. Overall, great experience. This is not a fast turn around kind of place.

Excellent concept. Two chefs, each prepares the same produce but their own way. Plates are appetizer sized or a bit bigger so you can choose 2 or 3. But regardless of the concept the food is worth eating there. One of the best tables of the region.

Definitely a must if you're looking for an out of the ordinary culinary experience here in Charlevoix, QC. A unique experience awaits you.My wife and I tried the option of having the same 4 dishes (so 8 in total). Both chef give their unique twist and flavour to the dish, giving 2 authentic experiences with 1 ''pièce de viande'' :)Enjoy

Pricy but amazing. Well worth the money. Each plate is an experience for your tastebuds. We had the wine pairing and it was great.

Excellent food, service, and value. Impossible to beat in this, or perhaps any region of the country. The chefs have lively imaginations and are willing to take risks, which adds an element of excitement to the experience. One may quibble with this or that level of refinement or wine pairing, but doing so will only somehow add to the seduction.

Lovely venue, beautifully designed tone casually elegant. Lovely staff and an amazing menu. Two ‘competing’ chefs with their own menus which you pick and choose from for 2 or 3 plates. Nice concept and amazing food.

very well deserved 5 star and i am not surprise that it has an average of 4.9. some of the best dishes i had in any restaurant in ant country. deserves imo 1 michelin star. if you are in the are it is a must. small suggestion, add a small children menu.

This place is our favorite restaurant in Canada. Food is always top notch but please don’t go so I can get a table. ;)
