Great service and great place to get bubble tea!! The dine-in area was clean and very comfortable. They have a huge selection to choose from, I absolutely love the Deerioca Ube puff drink. It is so pretty and tastes absolutely amazing!! I’ve been here many times and have never been disappointed.

I really liked the decor of this place. It’s modern and rustic and unexpected. I really like bubble tea but found the menu confusing as I did not know what all of the options were. The lady helped me customize something that I enjoyed by getting tapioca balls instead of aloe. It’s a chain which I didn’t realize but worth checking out.

I love the drink options here, they are delicious but a lot of the unique ones only come in the smaller size and can't adjust ice levels. The atmosphere is so cozy and it's a great place to hang out with a friend, family, or partner.

Edit to my original review -The Alley used to be my go-to bubble tea spot, but the last three visits have been incredibly disappointing. My order was wrong every time and I didn't receive a single apology or recognition for my time wasted. To top it off, I had to remind them about my order after waiting for half an hour and still no acknowledgement of my inconvenience. I would not recommend this place until they improve their customer service. A clear example of them not paying attention to detail and not caring about their customers, I asked for less ice and it was clearly acknowledged but they chose to put a glacier in my cup.Old review -I’ve been coming here consistently and the service has always been amazing. The drinks are great, I usually get the Honey Lime with Aloe.

Did not really enjoy the warm version of Deerioca, not really use to drinking a warm beverage from a straw.. but the cold drinks: Deerioca and Taro Ube are great as always.

This place is awesome, really great selection and everything we tried was delicious. Once you can eat inside, this place will be perfect for a date. Great staff and facilities!

go-to bbt spot at mac for milk tea or brown sugar drinks! i went here frequently and drinks were consistently well made and tapioca fresh. for fruit tea it’s not worth the price and i’d go to coco’s instead (exception for kiwi slush i think this drink is unique to the alley and worth trying)

Great to finally see The Alley location in Hamilton and close by the campus! Staff members are very enthusiastic and makes the drinks with great attention to detail. Like other Alley stores, do be prepared to patiently wait for a couple of minutes especially during peak hours. You can’t expect premium quality drinks made instantly on the fly knowing that it’s handcrafted from scratch! Looking forward for future visits and hopefully the quality stays the way I remember it for
