I would highly recommend Jeremiah for anyone in the market, particularly first time home buyers. He is multi-talented and extremely knowledgeable, and he made us feel like we knew what to expect at every step of the process. Jeremiah is a fantastic guy and we felt we could count on his honesty whenever we were unsure about a particular property. During the craziest market in Halifax history, he helped us tirelessly, and ultimately landed us in a house we're very happy with. As first time homebuyers, his experience with construction helped us spot issues we never would have caught on our own, and we passed on several houses based on his findings, when he could have just closed the sale and taken the commission. Jeremiah is very patient and has a wonderful sense of humour that brought an occasional, and much needed stress relief as we sometimes felt that we'd never find the right house. On the sale side, Jeremiah gave us a fair assessment which didn't raise our expectations beyond what the market could support nor did he try to force us to lower our price unreasonably looking for a quick sale. Even though he was working with other clients at the same time, we always felt that he was always readily available to answer our questions and to promptly arrange visits to houses that interested us. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with. From the first house (a foreclosure) that we looked at, Jeremiah's attention to detail shone through. He was VERY patient with us and our schedule and reassured us that we would eventually find our house. When we finally did, Jeremiah's team was incredible. It was like he mobilized half of Halifax. He was amazing with coordinating all the inspectors, mortgage broker and lawyer and kept the whole thing on track. Buying a house is very stressful but when you are working with the right people, it is very reassuring.
