Quick and professional, I dropped it off to replace a side mirror and was done in under an hour. I thought it was great value for service.

I just picked up my car from Morita for an ICBC claim. Car looks great and they even managed to polish out some little marks and scratches unrelated to the claim, as well as replace some clips on the roof rail —again unrelated to claim, but no charge! I’m blown away by their attention to detail, service and workmanship. Definitely worth the wait to get in as I can see why they have a wait list! Very happy !

When my daughter scraped the side of her fairly new car she left it in my hands to be repaired. As this was not an insurance claim I wanted the repairs to be high quality but price was also a consideration. I had seen James' and his crews work in the past but had not tried his shop yet. As my daughters car is fairly new I wanted the repairs to be as perfect as possible. Morita's did not disappoint.The car was ready on time, the price was as quoted, and when I picked it up it was spotlessly clean. I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years and have used dozens of body shops over the years and I know a high quality body/paint repair when I see one. This shop does undetectable repairs and the highest quality paint and paint matching. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the way my suv was fixed after I hit a bear (don’t worry the bear was ok!). Was provided with a courtesy car while waiting for the work to be done. Look up the owner, James, he’s very helpful.

I dealt with James Davies at Morita Auto Body. As a life long New West resident I was well aware of Morita's reputation for quality, especially when it comes to paint. I had to wait a week to get the car in but the wait was well worth it. My wife's car was impeccably repaired to as good as new. Thanks again to James and the Morita team.

Fantastic service - I brought my car in without an appointment to address an emergency issue and received a same-day turnaround. I was expecting to pay a premium for the speedy service but was actually invoiced less than any of the other garages I had priced. Highly recommended!
