Given 2 stars as Bryston who has only been there about 3 months was great although he was not very knowledgeable about the Samsung xcover pro, a $700. + phone. It cost me almost $60. to have a data transfer from my old phone. As I was giving the old phone away, I got it done. When my granddaughter went to Virgin in the mall to get the phone activated that I gave her. Alex stated he would have did the transfer for free whether I bought the phone there or not. I realized I lost my Bluetooth ear piece. I called Custom Cellular and Bryston went out to check for it and found it. So he was excellent and I would give him 5 stars.

Store refused to accept cash (which as per Bank of Canada, bank notes are legal tender) for me to purchase an inexpensive item. This is despite the fact that even due to the pandemic 'Announcement: COVID-19 - Bank of Canada asks retailers to continue accepting cash.' First store in 18 months that has refused to accept cash for goods or services from me or my family.

Awesome customer service!Took about half hour to get everything set-up however all of our questions were answered and walked out with a brand new phone completely backed up from my other phone the clerk did absolutely everything for us!

Wow. Way too long of a wait. So frustrating. Its makes a person angry waiting more than half an hour in line to find out that it takes 5 minutes to fix your problem. Need more staff.. nice staff though

Amazing!! It was last minute before Christmas and I came in to bring my phone back to avoid a $540 bill and all the staff but especially Nichole dealt with my headaches so well!! We had an issue with due to it being fixed in the past and not having matching serial numbers that I wasn’t able to “bring it back”. Thank you to Telus for working around it for me and Nichole for getting me into a new phone and lowering my monthly bill by $60! You made it a very Merry Christmas this year :)

Telus' online verification only accepts driver's' licenses, not Alberta photo ID. Susan made me try taking pics & a selfie. Wasted time. I'll stay with their Koodo brand, as it's easy $15/month. Telus lost at least $85/month extra from me. My credit fine, & accepted, by Telus. I'm not going to the store, & paying $50 more to activate; online is free.

As the user described the transfer fee (they wanted 30 from me) as well I have spent 1000s. I went to vector and not only did they transfer them for free sold me a life proof case for 5 dollars less than everywhere else they were very helpful. I give Vector five stars.
