The building STILL needs some work

Pretty decent school, both musically and academically. However, the condition of the school feels very archaic and should be renovated ASAP and needs some more attention to repairs, not to mention the basement in the high school building, which feels like a dungeon. Also, some of the teachers there are either too strict or just straight up rude. Overall, great school.

Hello SMCSSeveral weeks ago I dropped my nephew and your security gave me a dirty look. After had a short meeting 20-30 minutes with a teacher I went back to my car I got a parking ticket. That indian ? apparently called the patrol. I went back to the office but SMCS said that I had to be in my car ALL time. I asked why other white drivers/ cars did not get nothing even it was parked long well before me??I thought it was just my luck until this morning I saw a black security woman singled out an asian man that also parked his car by the road side. She was harrasing him and she yelled that it was not safe to park and to drop off his son. That man explained to her that both sides of road was fully parked cars. Why that woman singled him out?If SMCS could not even prevent racism under her own nose then please shut down SMCS. It is better to have no SMCS then a racist SMCS.

Good school but needs repairs. Their choir is great but is not perfect

The building could use some work

Excellent school and heavenly choir.

I wasn't impressed in the way that I had hoped. The song choice and singing was strong but I was left uninspired by the expression. Has potential. I want to see greatness.
