My mom and I went here for my birthday yesterday, the atmosphere was great, the food was ok except for the steak, we asked for medium rare and they turned out to be way overcooked. However the chef’s creation dessert and our waitress made this experience much better, a huge shoutout to Sanda and the basil cheesecake!

The calamari is a skip - didn't like that at all. The risotto, shrimp Alfredo and the Rossellena were all good but very rich. Could have used a bit citrus to balance the dishes more. Overall was a good dinner and the service was great.

Decent food & drink. However the meat in the burgers were way to thick, it was very difficult to eat. The fries were also not seasoned. The pasta portion was a bit small. The soup and the meatballs were quite nice.

We came here to enjoy a quiet and nice dinner. The atmosephere (music and decor) are so nice but we were unlucky when a big and loud group came into the restaurant and kind of ruined the mood. The supervisor moved us farthest away from them which was much better.The food was delicious and the waitress was very nice. When we ordered the chocolate mousse I was expecting something else, this was a heavy and very sweet chocolate basically nothing special- wouldn't recommend the chocolate mousse.The variety of food is limited here but overall good experience

Know this restaurant very well. I came since the 90´s during my stays in the mountains in the La Terrazza. Was here in May this year for two dinners. The pasta dishes tasted like convenience food. The service is slow and not on the point of a guest! The restaurant is not more this how it was before. It gives in Banff definitely much better restaurants like this! For the quality of the meals La Terrazza is very expensive!

We enjoyed a nice dinner here. A small wine selection but we made do. Truffle fries to start. I loved my Chicken Parmigiano and my wife enjoyed the lobster risotto. Staff was great and the place was very clean. It is 8nside a hotel.

Decent selection, interesting take on caprese salad, ok chicken parmigiana and excellent pasta. Wonderful staff too and very cozy . I would recommend.

I rarely give five-stars but the service and the food at La Terrazza really impressed me.Our server on both nights that we dined at La Terrazza during our vacation in Banff was Ibon Quinoy. He was exceptional, which is not a small task with a family group of 9 individuals! Ibon took wonderful care of us and we really enjoyed his sense of humor. To make the experience even better the food was delectable. In fact the rosellini al funghi was the best pasta dish I have ever eaten on the North American continent. Others raved about their bison cannelloni especially, but all the dishes were scrumptious.The restaurant is rather small, so reservations are recommended. Prices were not out of line with my expectations considering the quality of the food and service in a tourist heavy location. The menu changes with the seasons.

Our dinner here was excellent! We started with calamari, lobster bisque and cream of asparagus. The lobster bisque was the best. Cream of asparagus and calamari were good but I'd probably try something else next time. My husband ordered the Alfredo and absolutely loved it. So much flavor and the pasta was perfect. I got the lobster linguini which was also delicious. The lobster was cooked perfectly and the sauce was full of flavor. We loved the bread basket and the salty butter with it. Service was amazingly on point and friendly. Overall, the entire experience was great!
