I’d give this a zero star if I could.I was REFUSED an in person initial appointment with Dr MacGregor. I was told I didn’t have a choice and if I didn’t take the virtual appointment then I’d have to FIND A DIFFERENT doctor.Since when did the patient not have a choice, or be refused service for declining a virtual appointment? Pre-covid virtual appointments weren’t even an option. A DR that doesn’t consider or care about what the patient needs is not a DR I want to see.

I called yesterday to book an appointment and the person I dealt with was very professional and thorough. She had to talk with the Dr and called me back within minutes with an appointment time. Excellent service from her.

I have a great doctor here Dr Samir Parikh. He is genuine, kind and a great family doctor. My issue is not with the quality of care but with getting appointments here. I always end up with appointments that are 2-3 weeks off from the time I call. I then either end up in a walk in or the emergency hospital. I am not sure what's the point of a family doctor if you don't get to see him/her when you have a health issue. The place seems really backed up.

Remote phone appointments are a mess. In my case, I had a phone appointment arranged but doctor's call was two minutes late. During that minute time window, I went to the washroom and when I came out, I missed the doctor's call. I tried to call back but there was a super long automated message that takes more than 5 minutes to get through. By the time I reach the reception it was already 15 minutes after the originally scheduled appointment time. By that time, the doctor was no longer available and it was deemed a missed appointment. I was forced to pay $35 for the missed appointment. This remote appointment system is not working. If patients are hold accountable on the timing, there should be more support or better ways to help these phone calls like faster access to reception or sharing phone numbers. Would've given a 0 star if I had the choice.

Been going here for as long as I can remember to see Dr. Charters, and now our baby boy is seeing her. I would recommend this practice to anyone - especially Jane - she is the best doctor I could ever ask for. Very professional establishment, not sure what the person did to the receptionists who commented that they are rude - they are all lovely ladies! ♥️

Takes Forever to answer their phone! I can't even get a fax number from the website....? Not Good Service. Receptionist are just sitting there listening to the phone ring...?

Dr. Parikh is a kind and patient doctor. Receptionists and Nurses have been super nice as well.

Been seeing Dr. Samir Parikh has been my go to doctor for over 10 years and he’s done great all these years minus a few exceptions. He knows his stuff, he is usually very caring and shows empathy, just overall a good doctor to have by your side in times of need. I do recommend dr. Parikh and all the nurses have also been great, though I must admit that my experience with dr. Macgregor was less than ideal. Overall though, good clinic and I am glad proud to have dr. Parikh as my family doctor.

Thorough and comprehensive care that is focused on the whole patient, not just the symptoms. I have (almost) always been able to get a same day appointment for an urgent issue. I don't call often, but when I need in, I get in. The right meds (or no meds) and lots of support, referrals as appropriate. Superb family care.

I've been going to this office my entire life. It was great until the original doctors (Rouse and Grapko) left, ~2017. Medical advice is impersonal and the new doctors no longer care to build relationships with their patients.Reception is cold and rude whenever you call. Appointments (PHONE appointments, because thats all they offer now) are booking 2-3 weeks out.... I've had better luck visiting a Shoppers Pharmacy lately.
