Healthy at Home Senior Care

Healthy at Home for Seniors is a wonderful service for those who wish to stay at home for as long as possible despite chronic infirmities that worsen over time. After looking at many options on the internet, we selected Healthy at Home for my sister who has multiple medical issues. She needed a house cleaner who would be willing to do the little extras that arise from different limitations with mobility and manual dexterity like being able to pick things up off the floor etc. Healthy at Home has been providing excellent customized service for my sister for many years. The best part is that they take great care to match the staff to suit my sister’s special needs and her particular preferences. We highly recommend Healthy at Home for their outstanding services.

The team at Healthy at Home have just been superb in helping our 92 year old Mom! We obtained their cleaning services and Dr. Michael Bratt, Angel, & Alvena have all been professional, thorough, kind and great to deal with.

Michael, the owner, and Tanya, the manager, and their team are nothing short of amazing. I have used other care aide companies in the past which have been good, but Michael and his team are SUPERB. I found myself in an unenviable position whereby I needed care for my wife that is quite a complicated situation and Michael and Tanya responded quickly to my initial enquiry. That was the first indication of the service we have received from them. The care aides that have been here are exceptional and I would 100% highly recommend Healthy at Home (we are in our 50's so don't let that last part fool you - they are here for everyone). The relationships that have been formed in such a short time has been amazing and my wife has been able to have huge trust in everyone that comes through our door knowing that she will be in the best of hands. The wonderful people at Healthy at Home took care of my 93 year old mom after hip surgery. Their level of service and attention to detail was absolutely wonderful, and definitely aided my mom's recovery. I highly recommend their services.

My 87 year old dad was able to get a very important last minute doctor’s appointment scheduled on a Monday - 3 hours or so from the time of its booking - and Michael was able to schedule someone to drive my dad to his appointment on time…a great relief for me…and excellent service. Healthy at Home is Kelowna based and is led by a dedicated owner, Michael, who is supported by Tanya, an excellent Manager who together have recruited a strong and committed team of caring professionals.My mom was in need of extra personal care and companionship while waiting for a placement in a long term care facility. H@H expeditiously rose to the occasion efficiently, and quickly earned my confidence through their excellent communication and delivery of care services for my mom. Heartfelt thanks to Healthy at Home Seniors Care for making it possible for our 100 year old, wheelchair bound Mom to be able to join us for Christmas. Micheal made himself available on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day so we could pick up and drop off the specialized van. The van was well equipped and Michael ensured that we knew how to operate the lift and straps. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, handled well and was a reasonable cost.
