The guy in this store is very nice and polite. First I deal with Tarun he is very nice and he gave me very good offer with iphone 11 and there is another guy steve who is also very helpful. I definitely recommendthis place.

The guy that works here not only got my email wrong, but charged me an activation fee that did not end up showing up on the actual account, so now I have to go back to this store to try and get this resolved. Super slow and inefficient service. Do better.

The man working at this location is very disrespectful and a liar. Calls his boss and speaks in Punjabi clearly lying to him and then lying to us after even though we understood the whole thing. They ended up stealing $1000 from us. Filing a report on this location. They run this location very unethically.

Almost wanted to give up to transfer my plan to Freedom, at Hillcrest Mall after more than an hour still not able to open new account!!. Saw good review of this store on Levendale Rd, Richmond Hill, decided to give another try. The rep Kiran was indeed so helpful, all done within short time.
