Not only is the staff wonderful, but the team has done such an incredible job of creating a warm and welcoming environment anyone can enjoy! All the products are high quality and made with love. I think it is so important to support the local businesses of Red Deer! I would highly recommend this store to anyone as their is something for everyone!!!

I've been here twice now. The first experience started out bad - I bought some dog bones, only to discover the next day that they were moldy. But the manager agreed immediately to refund me, and apologized profusely.Today I visited again, and purchased the pickled cauliflower. I was very excited because I've only ever had it in the sweet mixed pickles before, and this was dill, which sounded wonderful. The lady working gave a glowing review of the product, and she did not disappoint! The cauliflower was delicious! I cannot wait to come back and try the other pickled goods!

Don’t recommend for anyone who has tattoos or Piercings to ever go there unless you want to be treated like a criminal and followed around the store. My wife and I are alternate styled people we went there because we love supporting local and home made products. We were followed around the store not asked once if we need help or interacted with us in anyway. Every time I caught her just watching us she quickly looked away. We will never being returning there after this treatment it was discriminations and uncalled for and when I talked to the manager she saw no wrong in the action taken. I understand watching people to ensure no theft however assuming we are thieves based off of how we look and not are actions is the problem here. Also not taking responsibility when issue is getting addressed is poor customer service. My wife was going to purchase a gnome for our daughter but sadly we left with nothing but a feeling of mistreatment and judgement.

I have purchased many items from this gorgeous store. I go in quite frequently and there is always new and beautiful locally made items. The store owners are amazing and have created a wonderfully decorated space. Unique handcrafted pieces.Shopping local has never been so easy! ❤

Love love love this store!! I can't visit the mall without a stop into this beautiful store!Amazing vendors with high quality products and the staff is always so friendly.I love the variety of vendors that are showcased at Pretty Made Things and of all the comparable stores like this... even those in the big cities...the truth is none of them even compare. This store is the bomb!!Thanks for being my favorite place to shop in Red Deer!! You ladies have truly nailed it !!
