Closed the pumps bcs the gas prices were going to increase, told them it’s very urgent as i have to be somewhere but no corporation at all

Ive been going to this gas station for years because it's closer to my home but I hate it. All the cashiers are rude except for one gentleman that knows basic customer service skills. You smile at these ladies and there's no reaction... at least for politeness smile back ??

I frequent this station regularly throughout the year and have never had any issues until today. I purchased gas and used the air pump. When I arrived home I realized I no longer had my debit card so I called the station to ask (1) if anyone had found it and brought it in or (2) if someone could check to see if it was still at the air pump where I thought I left it. A woman first answered my call and answered my first question but barely took time to listen to my second question which I didn't even get to ask because she just hung up! It was as if I was a telemarketer and she just wanted to get me off the phone. I was so shocked as I've never experienced that and of course never expected that. I called back and a man answered and at least made an attempt (allegedly) to see if the card was still at the air pump. He at least appeared to have made an effort but still some phone etiquette was lacking. I'm a patient and understanding person but I don't appreciate being treated poorly. If someone from that station is reading this review, I highly suggest you pass on to the manager that they need to make sure their employees improve in their phone manner and etiquette.

Wow. Huge gas station from inside. The building has almost everything and it’s like mini shopping mall. It has Tim Hortons inside as well. Gas hoses were in good condition and the locking latches were still there. When I visited place, it shows me one price in google map while it was different in real. The inside part of store is 24 hr open I guess and that’s why I definitely recommend it. Thanks.

Price for gas is always a little cheaper than other nearby competition. Plus there's a Rabba with a Tim Hortons. Great place for me to buy my candy. And the gas smells neutral.

Be careful ! I just filled up my car and the pump shows C$ 34.00 to pay. The pump charge me C$ 200.00 - two days after when I was looking my CC statement I called to the gas station and their manager never was there. The way was to drive almost 60 Km to try to find somebody to solve the problem. At this time the manager" was there "behind the counter and trying to hide of me"... what can I do for you ?"

Deal or not. Well you pump gas all the time, they ask you for the petro points get a card, I redeem $29 the other day, can you imagine, that's like more than half tank on a mini cooper, so points cards are worthy. You can even redeem it for some of the store good on the shop, I got 5ltrs water bottles the other day, amazing not!?!?The smarter thing will be to have their credit card ’cause I think you get double the points. No joke out the little card on you key and you are all set
