Atlantic Awing is a very professional and knowledgeable group of people to work with. Not only that we got an amazing patio and awing, but they actually care about their customers’ needs. The awing for our patio was installed and they made every effort to ensure that everything was perfect. They followed up several times and made sure that we were completely happy.

We got all of our umbrellas (12) cleaned, and repaired over the winter - it was a huge project with the amount of work needed but from the estimate to the finished product, it was a pleasure to work with the team at Atlantic Awning and we could not be happier with the end result

I’ve had awnings on my upper front porch for over 30 years. The shade & privacy an awning provides is worth every cent. After contacting 2 other awning companies I previously hired, I was not satisfied w/their customer service/prices & decided to take my business elsewhere. I called Atlantic Awning & w/I a week, Kate from Sales Dept spent at least 90 minutes discussing options: whether to install a new retractable awning or just replace the canvas on the pull-up existing frame.Kate was so-o patient!! After answering numerous ?’s, & providing expert advice, it was decided to recover the pull-up canvas, b/c a retractable awning could not accommodate the exterior frame of my house. 7-8 wks later, awning was completed & installed 5/18/23. The crew arrived & diligently finished the installation w/I an hr & 15 minutes! Thanks to Gail, Chris, Kate and Ahnasia for their professionalism!I highly recommend Atlantic Awning for excellent quality, professionalism and reasonable prices!

I needed both repairs and a new awning piece and the company did both projects beautifully.

Great experience working with Cheryl… very professional and makes the whole process a pleasurable experience. Outstanding workmanship , product quality, pricing and especially the fact they stand behind their product 100%. Had a slight problem ( probably due to weather conditions) but one call to Cheryl and things got done .. Hard to find in todays world a company who still has the customer satisfaction a must …. We recently purchased an awning for our property in Rowley. Everyone at Atlantic Awning was professional and kind and took the time to talk with us about what we needed. The awning came out perfect and blends in well with the original structure. We are thankful to have something we can use every year to keep our guest experience great!

Although the quality of products used by Atlantic Awning are very good, Sunair awnings, their customer service is awful. At every junction, the company looked to upcharge me, charge me for services that I could easily have done myself ($100s), and in the end never finished their work. Side shades were never properly secured, and when I brought them to their attention, they ignored me. Emails responses were cursory and dismissing. During planning, I was never questioned about my goals and during installation, my preferences.Arrogant and untrustworthy are two words I would freely use to describe this company.Beware buying from this company. Look to buy your quality Sunair awning from someplace else. My criticism here is of the owners and management and their business practices. As for the workers on their truck who serviced me, they were very considerate and competent.It has been many, many years since I have been treated so dismissively or ripped off so badly.

Just had our awning installed after ordering in August 2022. There was a delay in delivery (11 weeks from order to install), but the office kept us up to date on the manufacturing process so we weren't in the dark. I sincerely appreciated that!The install crew arrived on time, did good work, showed me how to use it, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.Overall, I'm happy with the result :)
