What a horrible experience we ever had he doesn't know, what he is doing. He forget in minutes about everything and file wrong application and forms then he defend himself that no it was an accident where in Lamdlord tenant board you have to wait for years. It was horrible experience with him.STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND DONT CHOSE HIM.CHOSE SOME YOUNG ENERGETIC GUY WHO HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT LANDLORD TENANT BOARD.

James Hill is a great paralegal. I had a legal issue with my landlord and I retained James. This was my first time being in this situation and James helped me through this difficult time. He explained everything well and made sure that I understood it. It was nice to not overcharge me if we went over time. He was very reasonable for pricing I believe. Very straightforward and does the right thing. It was a good experience to be with him. He's knowledgeable with dealing with tenant and landlord situations.

James as far as I'm concerned is very professional. During the first 30 minutes he walked me through exactly what to expect after listening to my problem. His council was extremely satisfying in regard to the law and the onus on both parties involved.James is a good communicator and provides updates and feedback in a timely fashion. I would personally recommend him to anyone seeking resolve in a small claims issue.

James was unbelievably helpful, honest, and sympathetic. In the free 30-minute consultation, he gave me all the information I needed, including letting me know it wasn’t worth using a lawyer for my needs. But even though I wasn’t going to use his services, he continued the consultation anyways, giving me all the advice I could use to pursue my own case in Small Claims Court.Anyone needing advice, I encourage you to call this place. At very worst, you’ll still get great advice with the consultation.Hopefully I won’t need his services one day, but if I do, I’ll be calling him.Thank you James!!
