I had a pleasant coorperation with this company and that was a satisfying experience for me to understand completely my coming property. Professional advice and skilled inspection all are impressing me. A large of reviews provided me to push me to make up my mind for a rational decision on if going on the purchase of the target property. It is worth mentioning that up to 35 pages of the final report from them offered me strong evidence which is rather meaningful to a coming large-money transaction. This company did a good job and is highly recommended.

David conducted a home inspection for us several years ago. He was very thorough and clearly explained what he was doing as he went and highlighted various issues or concerns he had. Afterwards, he sent us a report identifying issues with recommended solutions and some estimated costs where appropriate. Overall it was very helpful!
