Installed their system and have had difficulties every since. Made a reservation 2 weeks ago to get a service call. Waited the whole day and no one showed up. Called them and they said that they had no record even though I called again to confirm.

Recently used Georgian Bay Fire and Safety to set up several safety features for specialized treatment environment. Their commitment to deadlines and collaboration with other contractors was impressive and ensured that we met are targets. Our key Georgian Bay contact Eric was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and accommodating. Still a few minor details that need completion but have been impressed with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

This company has very poor service. Sent out two guys to repair an alarm system that they installed. 3 hours later they had no idea what the problem was. Two servicemen including one apprentice who did absolutely nothing. They said they wouldn't charge me for his time, but they did almost a whopping $500. If you have a choice, do not use this company.

While I am not a customer, I am a fire alarm parts collector. I emailed this company about the devices that they take out of buildings and if I could have stuff that they will throw out anyways. They responded and said that I am welcome to take anything that I want when the stockpile is full. Friendly people for sure. Can’t wait

I called GBF to have an emergency light serviced 4 months ago and have called every month since. NO RESPONSE!I have had to calls to say they would be here at such and such a time and yet here I am again trying to get a hold of them, no one has shown up! Called their answering service this morning and was disconnected. Tried the 24 hour emergency line, no response. All I need is a new battery. Is that so difficult GBF?
