Very personal service with Flagship. No holding on voice mail for an eternity! Very easy parcel and pick up booking on their website. Went to bat and recovered full payment for a shipment that was totally crushed by a courier company (won't say who).

Flagship consistently provides excellent & immediate customer service. I have never been left on hold when calling them, and they respond to my emails immediately. In a world where most customer service is almost non-existence, it is refreshing to be able to count on Flagship to help out whenever necessary.

Be very careful using these folks. They don't stand by their pick-up times. I set a pick up time for 4:30pm and their driver arrived 30 minutes early and a package was missed. They wouldn't come back and I have had to pay an extra $40 to get it delivered on a Saturday. They told me that I was out of luck and that they can't control pick up times. So I ask, what is the point of their service if they can't provide an accurate service. Do not use if your business relies on time sensitive packages. You will be sorry.

Hold your couriers and resellers to a higher standard and to be more accountable.The Flagship representative I dealt with was nice, but filing claims with you and through your resellers is a nightmare and I will be sure to avoid anyone dealing with Flagship in the future. I not only lost money, but have no shipment to show for it. Remind me again what service I am paying for? That responsibility falls on you as the intermediary.

I'm new to Flagship and have had nothing but positive experiences not only online but with staff over the phone. Highly recommend, wish I had of known about them years ago - saving me and my customers lots of money!

Excellent professional service and they actually answer the phone when in need so you can speak to a rep within minutes. Canada post should take notes from these pros.

Long term relationships and loyalty mean nothingWe worked with Flagship for 11 years and spent a mid 5 digit amount with them over that time. Never any issues with them - nor them with us. We always paid on time. March 2020 (beginning of Covid) Flagship suddenly decided to switch all clients to credit card pre-payment.In the switch over, Flagship charged our credit card for one shipment, but did not apply it to the shipment, while we did not pay another invoice, as we assumed it already fell under the new pre-payment policy and would be charged to our card.For an amount of around $ 50, part of which had already been charged to our credit card, Flagship threatened to cut us off as a client - after 11 years with no issues until they themselves changed their billing practices.It took several e-mails to straighten this out (two errors, one on each side, made this a little more challenging) with little to no support from Flagship apart from basically telling us pay or else "...Once we were able to figure out the issues

I've been working with this company for all of our frieght and shipping needs for years. I can't say exactly how much money we've saved, but you definitely notice when you have to ship with the delivery company's directly. It's like working with your favourite shipping companies but with all the software and pricing in one place. Time and convenience great. Insurance, brilliant.

I can't say enough great things about FlagShip. From their prices to the amazing customer service I've received. They follow up and answer your inquiries very quickly and always want to make sure you're happy. The FlagShip website is also very intuitive and easy to use and navigate. I highly recommend them!
