I've had the opportunity to work with crew at John Sadler Plumbing and heating for the past two months. In my time working with them I've observed ownership unwilling to compromise on their goal to deliver the best product possible for their clients. They truly care about the small details.They have staff members that have been employed for over 15 years (Very uncommon in the trades industry - especially for a smaller company) and clients who consistently provided me feedback on how much they enjoyed their interactions with Colin and Tina vs. other companies that they engaged with.I have come away so impressed with this company and cannot say enough good things about them. It's clear to me why John Sadler's clients, along with everyone else I met who interacted with them, absolutely love them. 10/10 would recommend.

The team is the best in metro-vancouver. I hired then twice. All exceptional good than my expectation.You know what for a project, others hype said it would cost 1500CAD, John Sadler's quotation is fair enough, just 400CAD with decent and professional results.Really, I would like to recommend the team to anyone who is worry abouth over-priced service.David, thank you especially for today's hardwork on my PRV in a corner which is hard to reach.

We had John Sadler Plumbing & Heating replacing our old and broken heating boiler and hot water tank with a modern combination tankless space & water system (Navien 240E). We did not compromise on choosing the best, and after reviewing their previous work, we were impressed with the elegance and accuracy of this complex installation and are grateful for having this done professionally by Colin Sadler. All the staff was very professional. They showed up on-time at each appointment and they were all polite and knowledgeable. After the heat pump installation was completed, there was a problem that required a lot of thought to solve and they came up with a solution that was functional and yet still maintained the aesthetics of the house. Their price was very reasonable and they will even offer a few options in order to save some money.
