Got my brows waxed here after a loong search for a decent salon that does waxing and not just threading. I had Jackie who helped me and I am still shook. Damn! That was the best salon experience ever, no lie. She used special wax also that hurts my skin less - my face turns red immediately - which helped a lot. It was a little bit more expensive than some other salons maybe, but not that much, and you really get SO much value for what you give. I love my brow shape and it's perfect for my birthday today. Thank you for the amazing experience :) I'll be back next month!

This is the best place for ur waxing day in Montreal! The appoinment request is very easy, the staffs are friendly, they doing the job pretty well, the ambience is nice and the price also great. I decided to join their membership in my first visit and Its totally worth it as I need to do it every month regularly.

The staff is amazing they’re all super nice and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. It smells soooo good every time I go and it’s supper clean. I recommend it to everyone!!!❤️

Hello,I’ve been calling both Fuzz Plateau and Griffintown locations since October to cancel my membership and receive a refund for the unused credits on my account as I’ve started laser treatments.The first time I called, the person at the Griffintown desk told me my membership was cancelled and that a manager would reach out to me.I didn’t hear back for several weeks. I called the second location I had been to (Plateau). They told me the same thing. I waited several weeks and no one called me back.I noticed money was still being withdrawn from my account without my consent, so I called a third time. Same story: “we are going to cancel and have a manager reach out to you”. No one called. At this point I was told I had 4 or 5 unused credits on my account. This is equivalent to almost 200-250$ of my money that had been taken out of my account.I called again today. I spoke with the manager Chadia (excuse my misspelling of her name) from the Plateau location. She told me that, to my surprise, my account was STILL active, even though every time I called I’ve been told they cancelled my membership! In fact, another payment was just withdrawn from my account on Jan 18 WITHOUT my consent!I was told by Chadia that she cannot refund me but can offer me gift cards. I will not be using gift cards or returning to Fuzz for additional services after this horrible customer experience.At this point, money is literally being stolen from me and I would like a full refund for the unused services that I will never use.Chadia told me that she would speak with her higher ups at her next meeting this friday February 3rd and get back to me on Friday. I have been through this before and have very little faith in Fuzz at this point, so I just emailed this same message to see if anyone can finally solve this issue for me.Your policy is very flawed and should change, because it is unacceptable that I cannot have access to my OWN money, especially after such a poor customer experience.After all this back and forth, wasted time and money, I should be entitled to a full refund and will not accept any other alternative.Thank you for getting back to me as soon as possible.

It was my second time going. I had joined their membership online the night before as it’s such a great deal (65$/month and you get three services). I had someone else than my first time. The service was very impersonal… she didn’t even introduce herself to me. Overall, she was very short and a little rough. I will go again, I will just make sure to not book with the same person again.

Street metered parking. Easy booking online. Friendly customer service every time. I've had several different estheticians for brow and brazilian waxing and all have been excellent (I unfortunately can't say the same for other brow places). Brought the boyfriend for his first ever body waxing. He was anxious, but enjoyed the experience and appreciated the post waxing instruction.

Love this wax bar! Super friendly, professional, and skilled staff. I swear their waxing hurts less than other places.

Honestly I do not recommend going here, I gave it a chance as other reviews seemed good, unfortunately the experience itself was appalling. The waxer name “Jackie” doesn’t do a great job and had used the same wax stick for my application!! She had also smelled of cigarettes which made me uncomfortable. There was still hair left over, not to mention the terrible attitude and unprofessional behavior I had received from her…
