Lisa and Mike have provided hot yoga practioners with an amazing space to stretch, heal and meditate!If you can make it to the downtown Oakville location you will be amazed by the beautiful and airy design of the Yoga studio.PLEASE leave your phone in the car or locker room.This is a perfect hour to disengage from our electronics and to focus on your breath and the instructors voice.ITS A VIBE!

amazing atmosphere and amazing instructors! i never thought i could start exercising regularly until i started coming here. my only feedback would be that classes are often not the full hour, i.e. the instructor will start 5 minutes late and end 5 minutes early. i know this seems minuscule but it happens pretty regularly and when you go multiple times a week it adds up. i'm still rooting for this studio to keep growing + expand their classes even more!

Wonderful studio. I’ve been going to this studio for over a year now and can honestly say each class and instructor are phenomenal. The owners have worked really hard to create a positive environment for all members and I can attest that this studio really is one of the best in Mississauga.

I’ve practiced hot yoga at studios in a few different countries in Europe and the US and also Toronto. They were fantastic but nothing beats this Mississauga studio. Privileged to be apart of this community. Thank you!

Hot Yoga and Pilates
Excellent place to practice yoga, been going here for 3 years now. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Facilities always kept clean. I love going to classes taught by May, Mike, Alex & Lisa! The owners treat you very well & always seem to know everyone by name, you are not just a number here. Would highly recommend this studio, absolutely phenomenal experience!!!

I cannot believe that anyone would bring a cellphone into this yoga studio.It's not 2030 yet!When your phone chimes and vibrates this isn't that chip in your brain. It's an actual physical phone that everyone in the room can HEAR.This is a great opportunity for all mouth breathing phone users to put IT into silent/airplane/off mode.Twice, thrice!?Do everyone a favour and answer your phone in tree pose to toe stand.Wow, this is my first negative google review UNBELIEVABLE

Excellent studio - All the instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The facilities are always kept clean. Special mention to Mike and Lisa who are the owners and they go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Highly recommend this studio, absolutely phenomenal !!

I really love the studio, and the instructors. They're all so welcoming and kind. The studio itself is very beautiful and clean. The classes are amazing and I always feel better after each class! I definitely recommend for everyone.

I tried booking a consult with their staff. I was confirmed for a time to meet with this person at the studio. I went on time the person was a no show. I called the number and was told to call back at a specific time to speak to someone. I called back at the specified time to speak with the person. The person who answered the phone asked for the reason of my call. I provided the date and time and persons name I was to meet with. This woman described the color of my coat and ball cap, says that she saw me when I came and this studio isn’t a good fit for me. Unprofessional, and definitely unpleasant experience with this place and the staff.

I almost did not want to write a review because I love this place so much and want to keep it as a best kept secret but - I have to share it! All instructors I've had here are amazing and I love the diversity of classes they offer. Each class is so welcoming and the place has such an amazing vibe. Highly - Highly recommend for all levels.
