Sad to say this, but the service we experienced with L'Unique Assurance was extremely poor. We had a water damage 2 months ago. I've been trying to follow up several times since with L' Unique Assurance, but they have literally been ghosting all our emails. It just gives me the impression that this isn't taken seriously on their side.

Worst Customer Service Experience If You Are Unlucky And Happened to had a car accident…your file will be examined by a company you never sign with and agent on the phone after hours waiting on line they can tell you nothing just wait for an expert to call you and expert call back without leaving there extension telling you to call back customer service and you are just stock in the middle of circle vicieux….Knowing nothing about the result of your claim ….Really avoid this firm….if i can give less than 0 i would.

If i could give then a negative start review, i would.This is the first time ever having car insurance and it has been nothing but hassle. I was in a car accident over 3 weeks ago. They are taking there sweet time to literally do anything. They are refusing to extend my rental because it is my fault that they took over 10 days to send out the adjustor to look at my car. They wont answer calls, emails MIGHT be answered but only 15 minutes before they leave the office for the day. Zero level of communication or respect. I will be without a car to get to work for god only knows how long. I am being punished for them taking so long to do the most minor of things.

Worst Service ever. My broker changed my insurance to them and I got nothing but frustration from them. It took weeks for them to send an inspector to evaluate the damage of my car. They are slow and apparently do not care if there is delay with their services. No matter what to tell them their answer is just one word wait". Avoid them."

First time I call siderealSide road assistance. Called at 5:30, they said 40 minutes. After waiting 1h45 minutes, the help is coming at 8:15 (if it ever comes...). I wish I had called a friend, would have been much more helpful.

Worst possible service on earth. Their adjusters NEVER return calls and messages and they leave you lingering with out of pocket expenses. Very good to take your money but very bad to pay when you need them the most. When you are down; they will kick you harder and dig for anything to avoid paying. Basically my car was stolen almost 2 months ago and they still haven't paid and caused me so much stress and pain. Pay the extra... get insured elsewhere... save yourself the endless headaches.

I received my insurance bill four months ago via email. I tried to pay it online, their system didn’t recognized my policy as ‘’existing’’. So I tried to call and constantly got redirected to other insurance companies despite the fact that I called the number they put on the insurance papers. Left messages all over and no one called me back. Then I figured I’d drive down to their office to pay and despite what google and the sign on their front door read, they were always closed. Even at 2:30 on a Tuesday their doors were locked and no one answered. So I emailed the same email address that sent me my bill and no one responded. So after four months of trying to pay my bill I finally received a call from them to tell me that they cancelled my policy (without calling me beforehand to let them know how incompetent they were being). They didn’t care that the problematic situation their negligence caused me so you better believe I told them to leave my policy on canceled and that I’d get insurance anywhere else. God only knows what would have happened had I had an accident.

Not very impressed so far. Prices increase with every new contract. I needed the roadside assistance once and it took them 13 hours.

I am in utter awe of how this company is allowed to operate in Canada, which usually does not allow such greedy vultures, rates were 4 times higher than any other insurance quotes from competitors, worst experience ever for car insurance and I have been driving for 34 Years !!!
