Tried to sign up for there smart start for babies program they took all my info but never called me to let me no if I could take it or not sounds like a huge fraud to me it's a shame that they have sunk that low as to scam pregnant women who just want the best for there unborn children

Every time I have come here I’ve been treated with kindness and I never feel judged. Service can be a little slow sometimes but these free services are a great help to our community.

Worst employer I have ever had. Stay away if you are planning on applying for a contract or temporary position. They make you work like a slave and at the end treat you like garbage. They have wonderful benefits and resources for their permanent staff but that's about it! No more comments

I wanted to bring to your attention some feedback within regards to the agent that came to inspect my business “Spa Asiana”. I am so disappointed in the attitude, racism and rudeness that we came across from him while he was inspecting and this is definitely not acceptable. He barged into the rooms without asking and didn’t even introduce himself to start with and stated he came from the health unit. One of my clients felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation. I have been running this business for past 20 years and every year they come to inspect but in a respectful manner and this agent was no where close to any respect or manners. I have never experienced this bad manners and rudeness from before and would greatly appreciate if someone can look into this further so it doesn’t happen to anyone ever again. Very disappointed overall

This is a message for the higher ups , you need to request for more funding , I can only imagine how over worked the staff are . I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes yesterday on hold to book an appointment, had to hang up cause I have a life . Today it has been 45 minutes on hold so far .With the massive influx of people moving here as well as students during the school year you need more employees answering phones .Unless your plan is to be unattainable. Maybe an online portal for booking appointments ?

Councillors are great but that really doesn't matter I'f you can't get access to them. I had to reschedule an appointment and called. I had to leave a message but no one has returned my call and I am out of medical supplies. The councillors really care but I can't say the same about support staff. I guess I'm on my own from now on. Quitting is hard especially alone.

Just waste taxpayer’s money. Sent mail to suspend my son from school but I can never reach them on phone. I spend whole to call them. My son got all vaccinated why still FXXX bother us?!

Terrible phone service!I'm trying to get help with online stuff, and the lady was rushing me to the point she hung up so I had to call back after already being on hold for 20 minutes waitting for someone just to be treated like garbage.The other person was way better and way more understanding and had absolutely no problem helping me.

I booked appointment of my son by call but when I reached there on time they said person with whome I speak didn't update. It is not our fault then why should my son suffer. Health unit is totally unprofessional. Receptionist is so rude

Reception was very nice when I randomly dropped in due to landlord/apartment issues and 99.9% of issues STILL unresolved and needed update info and legal advice as where to go for help and who will actually help. I received alot of answers, even down to how cold or hot my apt is to be and exactly what times it should be that temp!
