Visited over the weekend and I got myself a jacket I was forever looking for. Was beyond happy with the service and hospitality I received. The staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Will definitelygo back for a winter jacket for myself.

I had a very positive experience shopping at this location. I’m bit late with the review but it’s important that I share my experience. I bought a charcoal coloured winter coat and the sleeves were long. The staff saw that when I tried it and she suggested to have the sleeve lengths altered at a nearby tailors. She even provided me with the tailor shop contact details. Since I will have to incur extra cost for the alterations, she proactively looked at the online price of the item I was purchasing and found it was on sale. She hard honoured the sale price in-store which helped me to save some money. I really liked the coat and since it was on sale I wanted to buy the black colour too. However, the item wasn’t available in-store and my size was sold out online too. The staff had kept my contact information & said she would get back to me if the size is available again. After a month I had received a call from her and she said, someone returned the black coat I was looking for & if I would be still interested. I was very surprised as I never had this sort of experience before so I went the next day to make the purchase. I would like to thank the Staff Caroline for going above & beyond to provide remarkable customer service. This store is very lucky to have someone like her working there. She’s a very professional person and takes time to understand customer needs. For any future Danier purchase I would always return at this location because of her outstanding service.

Lovely staff and good customer service

As a loyal customer who bought two items at your location inside the Niagara fallsview casino location last month (fur one still has tags on it). In addition to several other jackets. My mother and I were beyond disgusted by your sales rep in the picture (Caucasian, blonde hair, tall). She did not even acknowledge us once, no hello, no eye contact. We proceeded to try on jackets for my mother. There was no size and I searched for the item online, since she never once spoke a word to us. This transpired on 10/17/22 around 6:30pm. There were no other patrons in the store. I am in beyond disbelief at her lack of customer service and professionalism. We felt unwelcome and judged in a discriminatory fashion.

Horrible customer service. Have attempted to contact 9 times regarding a simple refund of a gift that didn't fit, impossible to get a response. The most I've been able to get is a one line email from their customer service team over 3 weeks ago! Absolutely do not recommend spending your money unless your positive you won't need to do a return!

I ordered from Danier online and it took them 4 days to tell me they had a problem and have no stock. That was on May 17 and also told me they would issue me a refund. Still haven’t received my refund 6 days later. An absolute joke, I’ll never buy from Danier again. They don’t deserve 1 star

The staff are amazing! Really helpful and insightful. Me and my mom felt so much more confident coming out of the store. The manager and the sales associates are super professional. Danier had always been my mom’s favourite store and now I know why :)

HORRIBLE EXPERENCE WITH THIS STORE - ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER - my family has been buying from Danier leather for years. I went in on black friday and purchased a jacket for a Christmas gift, unfortunately the size was too small. I had called and asked if I could get another size - there wasn't one - I then stated I was going to come in for a refund - the sales guy told me that it was a clearance jkt and that I couldn't - I looked over my receipt and it didn't say anything about clearance. He then told me if it ends in 99 or 98 that it means clearance and states on receipt therefore only exchange. I proceeded to tell him that it doesn't say that at all nor did anyone tell me when I purchased it that it was a clearance.I waited a day and spoke to the manager via phone, since I live 45min from the store - I explained the conversation I had with sales guy and her reply was so what are you asking me " rather rude tone - I said i would like to return jacket for a refund
