Big thanks to Cody who helped me out over the course of 2 days on multiple occasions and found better quality parts for my vehicle than the ones I originally intended to buy. Definitely went above and beyond. Needed multiple things for both my motorcycle and car, came in clueless, and left with the knowledge and exact supplies I needed to get the job done. Everything was a perfect fit.

Called in to look for a set of angled valve stems. It’s kinda special it end up lordco don’t carry that product. But the staff was super helpful. He took my number and did research in their inventory and even phoned me back twice. Even though he didn’t found the exact product that I’m looking for. But i had never experienced such a good customer service at any auto parts store. Big thumbs up!

Excellent service once again. I called them for an alternator, and even though they didn't have stock on hand, they got one in within a couple hours. A friendly staff member called me back to let me know it's ready for pick up. It is a perfect replacement, works great, and a good price. Above all, the friendly staff always helps me out finding the items I need, making the visit enjoyable and stress free. Thank you Lordco Richmond.

Do NOT buy automotive paint here. Go to Concept Finishes. They gave me a can for my VW and it was such a bad match. After they claimed there was over 100 variants and could not match it. I ended up having to sand off all the paint (which was difficult to do), and ended up having to respray my whole hatch which was supposed to be a touch up job. At one point one of the reps said because it was probably how I sprayed or in the weather. Yet, the cans I got from Concept Finishes was a perfect match and they said it was standard colour, not a variant. I even brought a gas cap for matching and they said the closest match they had was a weak match for a Hyundai. Very frustrating.
