Haircut was good, a little shorter than I asked for but looked good when I left but will see once I have to style it myself. The stylist recommended to me one of their shampoos and serums which I was a bit hesitant to get because it would cost more than the haircut. I ended up getting them but when paying the automated tip was calculated on the whole total including the hair products not just the haircut. I didn’t realize until I left that I paid almost a %50 tip for the haircut when I intended to do %15. It was definitely a personal error since I get a bit nervous getting my hair done and wasn’t anticipating spending $50+ on hair products but I should have double checked. I would feel horrible going back and asking for a refund on the tip, so just a warning when using the automated tip function to check what you are tipping on. I also noticed when I got home that the serum bottle leaks a bit and has a dent in it so it doesn’t stand up well. I’ve had some really good haircuts here in the past just a less good experience this one time.

I went in to get an undercut and bangs, Tammy listened to what I wanted and I really felt like she was on the same wavelength as me. She did an amazing job! The ladies at the salon all seemed very kind and wiling to help each other and I loved the time I was there!

Got my hair done by Hanaa, dyed it a beautiful dark brown cut some length off and brought back my curtain bangs and I’ve never had an experience like this at another salon before so happy with how it turned out. She’s amazing!!

All the staff are joyful and are great people to have conversations with. They also did a really good job with me and I appreciate it!

Becky is awesome. Listens to what I'm looking for, makes suggestions and asks throughout the cut. Easy conversation, like visiting a friend. Hair wash sinks are raised which make it more comfortable for customer and shampooer. I would pay just for a wash and head massage... please add that to your services, let's work out a price!

The thing I like about this place, and why I've been going here for many years is that you can go to just about any one of the hairdressers there. They all do a pretty good job, and help you out by giving you good suggestions. Hello suggestions 9 out of 10 times turns out better than you had anticipated. The atmosphere is pretty good too and the staff are fun and friendly.
