Owed money, the same as all the other posts. But I will eventually get paid one way or another.

Craig and his crew stayed at our small motel while he was constructing a truck wash here in New Liskeard. Guy is a complete scam artist who doesn't pay his bills. Sure wish I would have read these reviews before renting him a room.

Disaster! Purchased a steel building from this company for my new plaza in Elmvale Ontario( Owner Craig Morin). Frost wall was poured incorrectly. Later fixed when Craig returned from vacation. On a site visit noticed some of the bolts were not tightened properly on the main steel beams. NOW WE GO TO THE ROOF. From day one the roof has leaked multiple times in every unit. Damaging tenants expensive lease holds. The curbs where installed so the water doesn’t drain away from the high side of the rooftop units so water pools. Craig attempted to fix the leaks with tar. After several tries I never heard from Craig again. The Tar would just turn to soup, leaks continue. Two weeks ago water was pouring into Subway unit. I setup buckets in the ceiling with drain lines going into sinks. All the time thinking how much money I paid for this two year old building. Told Subway owner needed time for snow to melt. Went on roof. Now metal panels where water sits is rusting creating holes which caused the devastating leaks in the Subway unit. This company takes all your money then leave you holding the bag for very expensive repairs because of their incompetence. If this company is recommended to you, don’t just look the other way. RUN. they do not pay there bills

Dont move machines for these guys.... don’t deal with Mark Thompson... these guys do not pay their bills.... Don’t deal with them .... They also go by the name Morcra Construction.... same old line.... The bookkeeper made the check.... it’s going out today....

We're a small family business and they rented our excavator on one of their jobsites. They kept promising us money, but only paid a small fraction of what they owed us - still owe us over $40,000.00+ Always an excuse... or they just never picked up the phone or replied to emails. Definitely not the kind of customer you can extend any credit to. I'm surprised they're still in business. Very disappointed in them.

Hired people to do a job and didn't pay them, couldn't get much worse then that.

STAY FAR AWAY - this company does NOT pay their bills!! We rented equipment to them and never got paid. They owe us tens of thousands of dollars and we have had no luck with collections. They are horrible people.
