Adonay installed a 4 camera system for home security...also did our video doorbells.Man is this guy is a sweetheart and an amazingly kind and considerate handyman!And Home Service Group is a GREAT Ottawa company.Fast, superior service, well priced, high quality.Not something you see in Ottawa much these days.HIGHLY Recommend.

Fast, reliable, efficient, polite. We were without hot water for 2 days because of a mix-up with our service provider. These guys came in 30 minutes of the confirmation. They told me what they were doing every step of the way and gave me a summary at the end. Couldn't have asked for better service!

I highly recommend this local company. We have dealt with them for 5 years now and I'm always impressed with their professionalism and their ability to fix a problem in a most efficient manner. I had a furnace motor stop working, and they were able to repair same day. The heating techs are knowledgeable and courteous. The support staff are friendly and responsive. I just had tech Adonay install a 9 camera DVR Lorex system (costco) on my home. He was outstanding! There was alot of work to do running wires in the attic and also all around the house. I am so happy with the work. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He knew all the best angles to set the cameras on to get the best views. This would have taken me a weeks work to do myself. Thank you HSG, they are always very reliable.Highly recommended.

My husband and I bought our central air conditioner in the spring and hot water tank in the late summer from this group. Their office personnel are so friendly, the guys are knowledgeable, tidy and very thorough and their prices are comparable to others on the market. That and combined with their great customer service makes it an obvious recommendation from us!

I recently had my existing alarm system taken over by Accurate Security, a division of the Home Service Group Inc., and I couldn't be more impressed. I just purchased a new home and have had several companies in and out of my home to instal or repair things; but none of them had such a friendly and helpful employee come to see me. As a new home owner, I had several questions about the alarm system and the gentlemen who came was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions taking the time to not only answer it on the surface level but to actually explain it in detail so I could understand how and why. I felt like he, and by extension the company as a whole, actually cared about me and my personal security. Not to mention the great price!
