Service was good, the girls that helped me were very friendly. Just sad that your cheese sauce is always so runny. I really miss your original cheese sauce :(

The best thing they sell is tater-tats. Don’t know how they are Mexican though. All the food is all from a prepared bag they open. Kind of gross. Especially after I paid almost $15 for a loaded beef burrito.

Ordered large beef burrito and large mexi fries. They told me they only have regular size for mexifries. So I agreed to order it.Burrito was good, portion of the mexifries was little. It's like 1/3 full

Had a craving for burritos and I saw the advertisement regarding the rewards program for TacoTime (as pictured below). Food was good, but if you want to get rewards the person at the counter will say they have no way of scanning my digital rewards card. I asked if they could enter it in manually and she states that it is broken. Ok yes their screen for entering orders in is broken. Hard to believe that you cannot enter my purchase for rewards when there is an actual advertisement stating to join their rewards program.I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. Frustrating.

I ordered a salad and went into the food court dining area to eat my dinner. Halfway through my meal the worker starts YELLING at me from ACROSS THE FOOD COURT that my payment didn’t go through. After going back up to repay she said that it was an error with the pin pad and she had to reset it. How humiliating for me that she would yell across the food court like that. Super embarrasing and then it was actually the pin pad not the card! I work in fast food service and I know that if the guest had already left I wouldn’t go chasing them down… same thing should go here. Terrible customer service. I was probably double charged too..

I dont know why I keep coming back. First time daughter gets food poisoning, second time they argue with me when I tell them I got the wrong order and third time I get frozen chicken in my salad and they want to tell me it's because the lettuce and salsa are cold. I'm like NO, this is frozen then they proceed to say they can give me a container of hot chicken? Then ask...what do you want us to do?" Never again!!!!!"

Beef and cheese burrito never has cheese in it anymore and they don’t heat the burrito so it’s cold when you eat.
