Dr. Buie has been my GP my whole life and he has always gone the extra mile for myself and my family. He is a very kind and supportive doctor! Office staff have always been great

Must have been having a bad day. Gave me an incorrect diagnosis which I had rectified with a second opinion.I hope he gets some help so that he can maintain a better standard of care.

Dr, Buie is the best Dr in town. I will be very sad to see him retire... Dr, Buie and Chris (his receptionist) are very special people, they both go above and beyond their job. Thank you so much for everything you do! You are both amazing and incredible people!

Merry Christmas to Dr. Buie and Chris :-)We are all so busy and this X'mas, I must remember to convey my genuine appreciation to the medical folks of BC, well, especially those at Vix where my family resides. We have been with Dr. Daniel Buie since 2009. He is a very senior and experience doctor. I did find the doctor having more time to communicate and do some Q&A on treatment, and a positive play with my children in the earlier years when Dr. Buie returned to work, and he was rebuilding the portfolio. Then as per the medical system stresses of too few doctors and too many patients, it became harder to see the doctor as years went by, with two weeks or more wait and sometimes we have had to do the walk-ins, but I must say, Chris and Dr. Buie are to me, award-winners in getting things moving and not KIV (and this is so, so important, if you consider the referrals and workload on their trays!) A family doctor is still very important to us as the idea is to have the doctor know the medical conditions of the family members, but having said this, I am aware that BC has good quality doctors in walk-in clinics anywhere. The familiarity and therefore trusting atmosphere of course is why most families especially with kids and elders, would much, much prefer a family doctor they can fully trust. Dr. Daniel Buie is our family doctor and we are so proud of him and we are very grateful to have that little consultation whenever some major issues crop up and medical advice is critical ;)
