This grocery store offers a wide range of Asian groceries but the service isn’t the best. The cashiers are often rude and not friendly. They only accept debt or cash.

They change would change the prices right infront of you so check you receipts . Those are my receipts and thats the cashier. They should be closed down . They’re dirty too

I'm glad to have this store nearby as it carries asian items that are hard to find in the main grocery chains. The sandwich shop also has great deals for lunch.

A vietnamese market out of egg roll wrappers. Gone there twice and they have everything but. It's like going to buy pasta at an italian grocey store and they are out of spaghetti each week. It's unheard of.

I want to support our people, and local businesses. But o don’t think they want my support. Service are rude , I don’t expect I have to pack my stuff myself. Don’t even say hi when yoy reach to cashier… I mean not everyone. But I think you should train your stuff how to be polite and be better service. Your kids and been rude already?

Some of their products like fruits and frozen goods (e.g.whole shrimp) are not fresh. The old lady with a short hair is also rude. One time we bought a pomelo and a frozen shrimp as I mentioned above at this supermarket. Upon reaching home, I checked the products I bought and to my surprise the Pomelo is rotten, while the shrimp is in bad condition after thawing. It was soft and came off easily. I tried to cook it and try to salvage it but the taste is bitter and aweful. It ended up in the trash bin and just wasted $8. On the other hand, we tried to exchange the rotten Pomelo and to our surprise, the old lady with short hair told us that we need to check the fruit first before checking it out. It is crazy because, that is their product and they should be checking them first before selling to customers. It is also stated in their receipts that you cannot exchange products, which I see it as inappropriate.

The store looks and smells like no one takes any care of it at all. Everything looks old, dusty and smells pungent. I was seriously concerned about the safety and cleanliness of the produce here, some of them even have mold on them. The fruits and veggies look pale and wilted. The frozen section was even worse where there was water in between the aisles, leftover liquid and sediment that were left to stick to the bottom of the freezer. I came in trying to support their business but left after 10 minutes with horror and regret filling me.

Today visited this grocery after boxing da my shopping, the most terrible supermarket with the worse customer service in the worldI saw this lady on a ladder opening noodle boxes so I asked if she can bring 1 box of noodles down for me and her response “u need to get someone; these noodles u have to buy box no single package, approx $1 per pack total $30 a box but u make be take it down and u don’t want, then I have to put it back” this lady has bad attitude, look down on customer and not willing to help. So I went to customer service desk to ask for help and that lady was even worse, go find some one, like I work there…geez what kind of service is this….then I went to a cashier and ask for help she said no one is around …:NEVER EVER shop here !!!!!! Please don’t shop here everyone
