As a long term Bell customer (TV, internet and home phone) was delighted to finally become a wireless client as well. Michael gave excellent and very patient service to my wife and myself. The transition from our prior wireless provider to Bell happened seamlessly. I want to complement the new, much larger facility as well as the superbly trained team for a job well done. I feel that the corporate monolith that is Bell, has recognized that a personal approach to customer relations as well as service excellence is a much better model with which to win new business.

If you’re looking for fast, knowledgeable service, then this is the place. Specifically, Levi is incredible. Excellent, positive service and an expert knowledge of bell’s services and products. Helped set up 3 very complicated transfers at an impressive pace.

I went in on Black Friday to check out the deals. Even though the staff clearly had their hands full with customers, I was helped promptly by Eric. He made it such a pleasant experience - very knowledgeable and caring, and went out of his way to make sure I was 100% happy with my package. I’ve been dealing with Bell for 20+ years, and customer service like this makes me stay. I walked out with a new phone and a new plan, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend this store, and Eric.

Had a fantastic experience with Patrick & Eric. I was able to upgrade my phone and get a better deal. They were awesome and knowledgeable and really cared about the customer. Best experience I’ve had with a phone company yet! Will travel great distances to be helped by these gentlemen again!!

I would not trust this store or any of the following representative especially Levi, was very nice in the first place but than basically just disappeared.He will offer you a deal and than He will promise to lock it in for 7 days for you to come to the store and than never answer phone calls or calls back when you leave him a message. It is like you need to run after them to get it .Very disappointed with there costumer service and no one else seems to be knowledgeable or competent to take responsibility about there actions .I used to be Bell costumer in the past and I never experienced such disrespectful way of treating costumers .Will not recommend to go to this specific location if you want to join Bell , choose other places , this place is water of your time .

Michael was fantastic! Been looking for Apple Watches and stand-alone plans for weeks and have been hitting dead ends … until today! He was super knowledgeable and I was able to finally get the service and devices I was looking for! Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience with Amanee at this location. She was very helpful, friendly, and extremely kind to my father. She helped us pick out the perfect phone for him in a timely manner, and in a way that was easy for us both to understand. We will come back here again.
