Had my first visit today with Smiles in Sherwood Park and it was fantastic! All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be making them my regular dentist!

Sherwood Smiles is a top tier dental office. I’ve been seeing Dr. Yeh and his staff for 5 years and I’ve been happy and very pleased every time I walk out. They do everything they can to make you comfortable in the chair, and although it takes some time, can fix any dental issue you might find yourself dealing with. Dr. Yeh is the definition of a professional. He truly cares for his patients, and the quality of work he does is nothing short of perfection. The staff is also extremely well trained and are always ready to help. I would highly recommend Sherwood Smiles to anyone looking for the best dental office in Edmonton and the surrounding area. 10/10, I doubt any other dentist could even come close.

Great experiences so far with this clinic! Dentists are very knowledgeable and they helped me when I was in a bind with a root canal turned pulled tooth. No pressure service will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Was directed here for an emergency dental concerns. Not only were they unable to provide any answers or directions. They coerced me into getting a pan X-ray despite me saying I didn’t want one because I was in too much pain. The X-ray was so poorly done that no other dentist can use it and benefits won’t cover additional X-rays for 24 months. As I was leaving I heard someone yell at someone else about booking emergency dental visits and to make sure they were being booked appropriately. So they knew they couldn’t help me but took advantage of the fact that I had dental benefits so they could at least make some money off an X-ray. Would give zero stars. If you are the dental office reading this. Please contact me to resolve.

A dental team filled with professionals who are very skilled at their jobs. Everyone who works there from Dr. Ye, to the receptionists, hygienists, and assistants are incredibly kind and attentive. They make you feel welcome, and heard! Outstanding service, I highly recommend The Sherwood Park Smiles Dental group team!

I always have a good experience here. The front desk staff are so friendly and patient. Zoryanna is an excellent hygienist and I would 100% recommend her. Both the dentists I met are very knowledgeable and personable. Overall, the whole team helps make the experience comfortable and relaxing, especially for someone like me who is super anxious about dental visits!

I just have to rave about my experience today with Smiles. I came in with my daughter who is under 2 and, I was already hesitant about how the appointment would go because as moms know, kids can be unpredictable. Of course my daughter cried during my appointment but the staff at clean smiles were so unbelievably amazing and incredibly patient with her. One of the front desk staff handed her toys, and tried there best to help occupy her while I was busy. One of the staff members repeatedly sang the ABC’s for her and even lifted her car seat up just so she could see me while I was reclined in the chair. Once it was time for my cleaning the staff put on cocomelon for my daughter to watch and even would make a point throughout my cleaning to check in and make sure she was doing alright and even offered to sit in and play with her while I finished up. Even the gentleman who did my X-rays. He quickly zipped through them so he could bring my daughter back into the room with me.I was so taken back but how great my experience was. It’s never easy as a parent to attend certain things and have there child be upset during the duration. Thank you to all the staff at clean smiles for there exceptional service and positive experience.
