I got a leak on my water heater. Al was very reponsive and gave me option if I want it done right away but since it's a weekend when that happened, I opted to wait until Monday to save on the overtime fee. They came right on the agreed time and replaced the tank quickly.Although, I am not sure about the price how it compares with others since I did not have time to ask around. Very much recommended.

Hot water tank blew over the Thanksgiving weekend, Al offered to come out on the holiday but we opted for a first available appt on Tues. Derek showed up 5 mins early and had our new 50g tank installed in an hour. Excellent service and left the area very clean. Would highly recommend!

The water heater guy was INCREDIBLY helpful. After explaining my situation to him over the phone at the end of the day, he was able to give me some advice on how to fix the issue I had myself. He could have easily brushed me off, had me book an appointment, or charged me, but he didn't. Definite five star service here, and I would absolutely go back to him myself and recommended him to others in the future.

Had a 40 gallon atmospheric installed today. I did so based on the couple reviews I seen here and I will say that I was glad I did.There were a couple things I did have some feedback on so I called and I received a call back almost immediately. My feedback was addressed.The only thing I had a slight problem with was the charge per kilometer travel at $1.05. I have to say that is the highest per kilometer I have ever seen.Overall I am happy with the results and would recommend The Water Heater Guy to everyone.

My pilot light wouldn't light and I thought it was a symptom of a larger issue. I called and received same day service, very responsive, it was a simple service call and he explained what the issue was very clearly and educated me about the life of a water heater. So friendly and I'm grateful for the great service! Highly recommend!
