Aside from having to deal with a ticket. The staff were friendly and helpful. Show them respect and you'll be treated properly.

Covid-19 update, if you’re visiting the court to discuss or fight against your traffic violation ticket, I highly recommend you to contact the court via phone or on their website. For now they are only allowing people who want to pay up their ticket on the premises. Moreover, this place only have have paid parking around the building which cost around $2-3/hr. Save your trip by calling them before your visit. Also, you won’t be allowed to enter inside if you have any symptoms related to covid. Stay safe.

Unknowledgable staff, different answers from different people. Really quite pathetic. Not trained for their jobs. Rude and arrogant counter staff. Dont bother trying to get a real live person on the phone. Huge joke.

(street parking. very spotty. tow trucks circling like sharks after 330) but the staff are nice and my transaction was carried out quickly. the line moved at a steady pace. if I'm gonna get robbed $600 I'd rather these guys do itjk I was speeding I deserved itish

Honestly these speed cameras/people who take pictures really need to go. Its a waste of tax payers money and really doesn't prevent anything. All it does is take money out of the hard working tax paying citizens. A ticket is 2 demerits. A fender bender is 5 demerits. Up to 20. And if you have 20 your license is will be $1000. That alone is absurd. Then your insurance goes up! What a joke seriously who decides these things. Why even let them benefit from this. A multi million dollar cash grab is all it is. While we all starve and enter poverty during this pandemic. What a joke

Rarely answer their phone (also quite rude when they do answer), A couple times i was placed in a waiting list for 45 minutes+. Next 10 times it automatically ends the call due to a “high volume of calls” genuinely just believe they’re not in office most of the time, howcome i get placed in a que half the time and the other half it automatically ends it. My reason for calling them is that I was informed i would be sent an email within a few days of my updated ticket price and date to pay, it has been a few weeks now and have called a multitude of times since the review of my ticket and have been automatically disconnected everytime. How do you expect people to plan ahead so they are financially ready for ridiculous money-grabbing tickets, i have no idea when my date to pay is and am unable to find out because they have been irresponsible with informing me (via email) and neglect to answer their phone lines.Watch me have a warrant because I’m overdue or I now owe way more money.

This experience was a good one. The sheriff's that day were both professional and of good character. And the person taking my money she was also a pleasant person. Made giving money away not so bad lol.... Lesson learned
