We are fans of Honda, as long as I remember, my husband was always buying Honda , this time I went with my daughter to buy her first car, we were so lucky to choose Honda chambly, which I can say, it is the best Honda dealer ever, Simon was so nice and informative, he explained everything in an amazing way and was so patient and answered all our questions, then we went up to do the paperwork with Erica foster, she was absolutely amazing , she explained everything to us and was so nice that we felt like a family and felt we really will miss both Simon and Erica after finishing our business with them , I thank you both Simon and Erica for a wonderful experience and I really appreciate both of you so much, I can say again that Honda chambly is really the best

Especially Erica Foster, Directrice commerciale, who has great passion and professionalism, she arranges whole things from mechanics to financials and it was great. Bought a used Honda Civic Hatchback from this dealership, very happy with the car and the customer service. The sales person I was dealing with (Benoit) was very friendly and helpful. Him and the owner went over and beyond and provided an excellent customer experience. I bought 4 cars from 4 different Honda dealers in Montreal and I've had the best experience at Chambly Honda so far. Recommended.

I just bought a second hand minivan at Honda Chambly and the the seller Benoit-A. is very kind and efficient. The service is fast. The only lack is the interior cleaning of the car. I found toys, women hair stuffs and rest of chips under the seats, and I had to remove all the food marks on the interior plastic and seats.

Was rushed off by the salesman right after a test drive because they had another customer wanting a test drive. 2 sentences into asking car information i was told you want the car or not ? When I told him that the steering wheel and brakes are not working well, instead of saying it will be repaired I was told it's a 10 year old car. Amazing service.
