Heard the reviewers warn about no fitting rooms, so I wore a simple tank top to try out shirts overtop it. Immediately, I was reprimanded, them saying I'm not allowed to try on ANYTHING. Even if it's over my clothes. They don't allow refunds, only exchanges. So they expect people to give money no matter for something they can't even verify will fit. In a store where 92% of clothes are S and XS, why would I risk attempting to exchange in a place that barely has anything my size? An absolutely idiotic policy.

Came here today to find a new interview outfit. While the prices are pretty good, there are NO fitting rooms in the store. They also do not allow you to even try on items over your clothes. On top of that, they don't allow any returns/refunds, everything is final sale. And because it's an outlet store, the sizes available are very limited. Why would I spend money on something I'm not allowed to try on, just to get home and find out it doesn't fit me, and I'm not even able to get my money back? It's ridiculous.

Always loved this Bargain clothing store. Now they have upgraded their game to include more current styles, sizes, selection for mature ladies. And upwards went the prices! The addition of a fitting room would be nice.

Not helpful i have loyality card and in love with their clothes but not anymore ,some weeks ago my cashier gave me 2 tops but I paid for 3 so after 1 day I called them to check in camera recording they didn't check it .the cashier told me she gave me everything I have receipt of it but she never agreed and was rude on call I am 100% sure that they never gave me that top it was just 11 dollars black color top I that was the only piece.Not cooperative they don't know how to take care of their customers.

A family member went here to buy some clothes, just for the whole thing to be ruined by 3 beyond unprofessional and ill trained staff members. She has been a long time shopper at this location. The staff refused to provide names (some magical policy) and are clearly experts of highest caliber as they can spot fake money visually.But it took 3 of them, some fiddling back and fourth and end verdict? It's fake". The family member took the money to local bank just across the street... *drum roll* ...OMG ... "IT WASN'T FAKE!!!"... WOW. I mean there is clearly equipment to check money. But I guess this 3 particular staff members never heard of it

Very bad experience. Spent 40 dollar and bought some pants. It doesn’t fit, not even a bigger size can be find there. The great thing is that no refund only exchange. So even if we don’t find our size, we should buy the stuffs which doesn’t fit our size..it’s rediculous.

Noorjahan, an assistant, is very helpful and polite. She even helped me chose the right color and size as this place doesn't have a try room.

Worst place to shop, employees are bunch of tools working here, feel like Suzy just hired bunch of Miserable workers here..No customer service skillsPlus only size they have is XS/S or XXL..
